Amazing location, very clean hotel and Rosa on reception was exceptional

Nothing, everything was perfect

The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything we visited was a 5-20 min walk away. Very close to the city centre (5-10 min walk). The room was lovely and modern. Very clean. Lovely staff, they changed our room from double to twin after a request. Always very warm and welcoming. They noticed we didn’t want the room cleaned and left a note outside to let us know we can request towels etc from the desk, which was very kind of them. Gave a complimentary bottle of Spritz and chocolate on arrival, with a lovely note.

Only downside is that the doors to the balcony were very old and thin, so you could hear every single thing outside all night. It was very distracting and hard to sleep due to this.

There is nothing to dislike about this property It’s a city centre location that delivers what you would hope for The reception staff were great especially Antonio

Overall, it ok. Staff were nice.

The breakfast was awful and the breakfast area tiny. This was our biggest complaint.
