Clean room. Decent location.
Hotel door was locked upon arrival. OVERPRICED for size of room. Needed to request a luggage rack for a second guest and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience/luxury. We were especially surprised and disappointed that the she did not call us to let us know that she had forgotten to give back an important ID card after check-in, even though we had supplied our phone numbers. My spouse spent night unnecessarily preoccupied as to where it could be. She waited to give it back to him at breakfast! In fairness, she did assist in calling taxi services for us and storing luggage after checkout time.
