Pleasant stay in a lovely hotel.

Location wasn't bad. Good connection to public transport. Most staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice room. Complimentary water a nice touch.

Inconsistencies with staff, as to whether or not we could book breakfast whilst we were there. Good choices for breakfast but overpriced. Only one lift worked, so often had a long wait.

Arrived late at night Room smelt of smoke however reception were not helpful and denied the smell despite it triggering my asthma In the morning the new reception team moved me as they inspected the room and agreed that the room was Smoke stained Not great experience when you arrive late at night and poor responsive staff Swimming pool also not functioning

Very wellcoming!

The staff was wonderful with us, they were kind and attentive to our requests. The room was very clean and had great natural light, the forniture was well maintened and pretty new. The building is a bit far from the centre but it's just a couple minutes walk from a metro stop. All in all we had a great experience.

Short stay to recharge our batteries

Two adults and a dog on their way to Slovakia from the Canary Islands. We were searching for a place that accepts dogs and has private parking, and Ilunion Valencia 4 met our criteria. Nice staff. Various restaurants and cafes nearby.

Perfect for November

- close to the metro and bus stations so you can reach easily your preferred places - breakfast was good, could be better - room was clean and had a big bathroom - very competitive price

Good, clean hotel - slightly out of the city centre, requires transport to reach tourist areas

The hotel was quite big, clean rooms and had everything necessary for our stay. The staff were friendly and able to assist us with any enquiries we had.

Unfortunately the location wasn't as close to the city centre as we expected - not a fault of the hotel. It was more difficult to get a taxi into the city centre as usually we had to ask the hotel to arrange one (which they did very happily), the hotel wasn't located in a busy area with lots of taxis available. However, the metro was very close! The pool was also smaller and more dated than expected from the images seen online.

Greta stay

Great hotel, lovely breakfast. Hotel gave us rooms together to help with the kids. Metro stop is just around the corner from the entrance and made getting into the city centre really handy.

Good for quick access to nearby conference centre, not near the central tourist stuff

The staff particularly at reception were very helpful. Breakfast is very good, a huge variety, definitely recommend it. Overall a good experience. I attended for a conference at the nearby conference centre, very quick walk to it, useful for this reason. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Please note that the tourist sites at the centre of Valencia or the Marina are about 10/15 min by Taxi or you can take the metro train - the metro stop is near the hotel - you can't walk to these tourist areas it if it's very hot, will take very long.

Temperature control in the room is a little bit odd. The AC thermostat panels don't work the greatest, an upgrade from the clunky hold the button down type setting to change the temperature needs to be thought about, a colleague requested change in room because their thermostat would just not work ! Rooms are noticeably hot if AC is off - weather was very hot outside.

Good buffet but it’s the same thing every morning.

Air conditioning. Given a room which temp was 28’C to begin with. Could not tolerate the heat especially it was in summer. Was advised that the technician had seen the room and advised to leave AC on overnight. Temp reduced to 27’C by morning. Didn’t sleep well at all. Saw the manager the next morning who changed my room after no further input from the technician in the morning. New room AC much much better but overall the AC system needs looking into. Felt similar temp irregularities in the lobby. Good location for conference and close to the airport but not to view the city.
