Very good! Worth the money

Very good location, close access to the public transport and city center. Staff were polite. We enjoyed bike rental facility. Good free coffee. Clean rooms. Safe environment. Very nice, comfortable bed and pillow. Highly recommended!

Black mould

Easy access and liked the parking. Hotel areas downstairs where nice. Room was full of black mold, which is a danger to health especially with our young children.

Black mold in room, lots of damp patches, stained towels and bed linen.

It is absolutely not worth the money we paid, and it does not deserve such a high rating on Booking.

The staff was kind and accommodated our every request. The breakfast wasn’t bad either, the only downside was that it was the same every day and there were no salads at all.

The location is terrible, next to a roundabout and two hospitals. All day and night you can hear cars and ambulance sirens. There’s no fresh air in the room, and if you open the window, smog comes in from outside. The room cleaning is also very poor—they just change the towels and take out the trash, and don’t care about anything else. Our bedsheet got dirty and they didn’t replace it. One day they didn’t even leave new toilet paper. On top of that, it is really far from the city center.

Breakfast was very good. Location for shopping, science museum and aquarium was good. We walked 25mins with our dog there.

Disappointing

Was a short bus ride to the downtown.

Room was fairly clean except for hair in shower and on counter of sink. Door was swelled up in bathroom and would not close without some force. Air conditioner would not cool room and everything felt damp. Bed was soft and like a big sponge. For the cost it suited our needs. Just a quick stop over while driving home. I probably would not go there again

Amazing Breakfast!

We arrived tired and very late. The hotel is quiet and the brteakfast buffet was amazing. The staff are very helpful.

Decent budget hotel

The facilities were good. Free tea coffee all day. Breakfast had a good choice. Comfortable clean beds and towels. The bathroom was good.

I thought the location was walking distance to oceanografic. It is not too far but the roads and roundabout are really busy. The neighbourhood is run down, the view was not nice. The room was not fully clean, the floor and shower were dirty.

Disappointing

It was very dirty.. some random people body hair everywhere in the toilette: shower, floor, sink, towels. Shower and sink’s drain pipes were clogged. In the night it was freezing, the bed had just sheets on top, no blanket and you cannot put “heat” on the ac because it’s automatic: hot in the winter, cold in summer. I mean we are in Valencia, it supposed to be hot on May, but there were 10º because of the bad weather.. So disappointed. I use to book with B&B Hotel and i always find it good and clean.. this one was unbelievable

I made the reservation two hours before arriving at the hotel, I paid, I received the reservation confirmation, but when I arrived at the hotel they canceled my reservation and did not send me the money back. I talked to the people of Bk, still nothing. after a month I still haven't received any answer.

WiFi was really bad there wasn’t much options for breakfast, it was not worth the money spent and the outside eating area was untidy and full of stray cats

Nice, helpfull staff, free coffe and tea machine.

Filthy bathroom, broken bathroom door. I cleaned a small part od the shower base with my finger and toothpaste to check if It is really so dirty or It is stained.
