A great place to stay

The location was central and next to a lovely park. The building looks very grand and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Seventh time of staying and our hotel of choice when visiting València each summer. Think that we keep returning speaks volumes!

Nothing springs to mind. Message to València Council... get that road fixed soon. It Takes an extra ten minutes to walk the detour. Hotel worth it though!

Perfect for short stay in great location

Hotel is situated in central walking distance to Ruzafa and El Carmen both historic places with lots of bars and restaurants and nightlife. Central park situated across the road perfect for walking the dog. The room is spacious enough and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. gated parking for a fee. easy check in and checkout process. Special thanks to Jorge at reception for facilitating my late checkout which was incredible. Good breakfast and very clean hotel.. My room was on the 7th floor city view with a big window and great lighting. AC was working perfectly.

fine for a stay of 5 days

- Great Location (Bus nr. 8 from Parc Central - Manuel Garrero goes directly to the city) The bus station is a 2min walk. -Comfy bed and pillow

While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were several areas that left me disappointed during my stay: 1. The price of €680 for two people, without breakfast or any additional amenities, felt significantly overpriced. 2. The window in the room was poorly insulated. Despite being on the 5th floor, I could clearly hear people on the street, including someone coughing. The window did not close completely, which resulted in a constant cold draft in the room. 3. The check-in experience lacked the usual warm welcome. We weren’t asked any customary questions such as whether it was our first time at the hotel, or how we were traveling (e.g. by car or bus), which would have made the experience feel more personal. 4. I was not informed about the availability of a fitness room upon check-in. I only discovered it by chance later on, which was a missed opportunity for better guest engagement.

Birthday weekend with culture

Lovely room nice amenities good quality products, bathrobes, slippers, everything you needed in the suite. Really appreciated the bubbles and fruit for hubby's birthday. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Good parking and the upgrade included free parking. The breakfast was in abundance and good quality even bubbles if you wanted. Really enjoyed our stay and the staff were super helpful.

The towels could have been a little better and it would be nice to have a walk in shower in the suites rather than over the bath. Our lounge area was very uninviting, no window and just a sofa and fridge and tv.

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and great location. Close to all the lovely coffee places, restaurants and shops in Ruzafa. There is secure parking available.

You have to rely on the airconditioning or heating ( which is very good). Opening a window is not advisable because of the noise of the traffic.

A large hotel. The room was nice and I had a quiet room. Good quality for the price. About 20 minutes walk from the centre. Staff spoke good English.

There is a very busy roundabout at the front, though my room didn't face this, so was not bothered by noise. The hotel said it had a restaurant but it was not open on the night I stayed and just a tiny bar area in the corner of reception so worth remembering as there aren't many places to eat in the immediate area around the hotel.

So, they say it is in the centre, is not, to the beach you have to take the taxi, its close to the airport, but close to the airport means far from the centre, the cleanimg not so good, the staff super cool and helpful But i paid a lot for the location whoch is not whort it, nice is near the beach

Spacious rooms and excellent daily cleaning. Large Hotel lobby area and the breakfast was ideal to set you up for the day.

Some areas are dated for a 4 star accommodation and a little distance from the required Metro stations (15-20 mins)
