The hotel itself is brand new and clearly well kept, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay. That said, there are two things that really should be made clearer on the booking pages, because they have a real impact on the experience: Room cleaning and towel change are only every 3 days. This isn't stated anywhere in the booking conditions, at least not in a prominent way. If you're staying only a few nights, be aware that your room won't be cleaned daily and your towels won't be replaced until day 3. The air conditioning only works with a motion sensor. This was the biggest issue for us. During the night, the sensor stops detecting movement, so the AC switches off and you wake up hot — you then have to get up and turn it back on manually. During the day, when you come back to the room, the temperature is around 28–29°C and it takes quite a while to cool it down. Worth knowing if you're travelling in summer. One more thing to flag: despite the hotel having a pool, no pool towels are provided, so you'll need to bring your own or use the room towels. Overall we'd still recommend it for the quality of the building and the friendliness of the staff, but the cleaning schedule and especially the AC situation should honestly be communicated upfront.
