Livensa Studios Valencia Marina Real

Excellent suite. It's a large property but people were respectful. I loved having front desk service during the day. Great location as it is close to metro line - maybe a 4 minute walk. Likewise the grocery store is only 3 or 4 minutes away. The beach is less than 20 minutes walking and there are restaurants just steps away. The pool and other public areas are kept very clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The room is plenty big to get work done. Kitchen was functional.

I would stock the kitchen with more than bare minimum. You went all out on design and layout (providing oven, cocktop, microwave, dishwasher, lighting) then you shortcut on supplies. Don't be stingy with towels. They are just towels not precious commodities.

Super friendly staff, great location and comfortable bed

The blinds of my room didn’t work so the sum waked me up… I didn’t complain because I Live in Ireland so, I miss the sun most of the year xD

The location, the comfort.

The water coming out of the shower and reaching the whole bathroom.

The outdoor areas

The room needs maintenance! The sliding bathroom door was stuck, you need to push it really hard for it to close, I think an older person would have a lot of trouble closing that door. Both the shower and the sink drain were clogged, the water accumulated and it takes a lot of time for it to drain. The smoke detector alarm on the corridors sounded several times each night. Last day I tried to take a shower but there was no hot water at all! The TV screen is broken, it has white line like it was punched. Also the room wasn't cleaned properly when I arrived, I found a full whole joint of weed on the table top when I arrived!
