Good value, good location, shame about cleanliness

The location is close to Maritim station and very close to the waterfront/beach.

The studio was not 100% clean which is a shame. Managers need to take responsibility of this. Black mold in the shower, behind the tap dirt build up, micro ants in kitchen and dust/hair on floor. It’s a shame as the studio is good, clean laundry/bed linen. The cleaning regime needs a big overhaul and please do not blame junior/cleaning staff for this. This is a management issue and reflects badly on senior staff

20 days for all my period of stay the air conditioner was not functioning. I told to the reception several times, and no any result. Room 451 please check. And dont forget to send me weekend voucher for free stay as an excuse. I was thinking You maybe were eager to dry me without air conditioner.

Spending several weeks at Livensa Living Studios Valencia Marina Real Hotel-Apartamento was an incredibly lucky choice! From the very first minutes, I was charmed by the modern studio: a well-thought-out layout with everything you need for comfortable living, without feeling cramped. The fully equipped kitchenette was a lifesaver for a long stay, and the city view from my window each morning filled me with peace and beauty. But Livensa is more than just apartments. It’s a feeling of home. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with any request – from everyday little things to city tips. The common areas, especially the cozy lounge and the terrace (perfect for working or simply enjoying a coffee with a city view), quickly became my favorite spots for relaxing and casual meetups. The location is another highlight! Strolling along the marina, being close to the City of Arts and Sciences, and having excellent transport connections – all of this made my extended stay incredibly comfortable and full of experiences. If you’re looking for a place for a longer visit to Valencia that’s comfortable, stylish, and feels like home – Livensa Living Studios Valencia Marina Real Hotel-Apartamento is the perfect choice. I left with a bit of sadness and immense gratitude for the wonderful time I had there!

The soundproofing between studios is not sufficient. You can hear your neighbors (especially if they are noisy), as well as sounds from the corridor or the elevator. This largely depends on the specific studio and the neighbors you have.

Okay for a short

Gym, working areas and swimming pool

Not many kitchen utensils provided or available. I had issues with the bedding (it wasn’t clean and after complaining it wasn’t solve instead I was given the same dirty mattress cover (full of hairs) that was the worse experience ever. Having to log/sign into the wifi everyday is a nightmare - this service should be updated and automated without an extra cost.

Good for couple of nights

I liked that the accommodation was in a closed complex with convenient access to public transport nearby. The facilities were nice, and I appreciated the concept of the studio - it included a desk and office chair, which made it easy to work if needed.

The cleanliness could be improved. The room had a noticeable smell, no shampoo or soap was provided, and the shower drained very slowly. Additionally, my room faced the courtyard, so it was noisy at night due to people talking in the common outdoor space, which made it difficult to sleep.

All great, except for the elevators

Clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of ammenities.

Slowest elevators ever! sometimes waiting upwards of ten minutes for going up or down. They need to fix the elevator issues. Also, the Air conditioners are pre-programmed, and will change randomly in the middle of the night.

Location is excellent, with tram and bus lines outside. The studios are spacious with good air con. Pool area is nice, with many communal work and living spaces.

Good value, great location.

Room(459) was spacious and bed comfortable. It's a very good location, 10 minutes walk from metro and 15 minute stroll to the beach. Mainly used by students it was very quiet and peaceful. Good strong shower and English channels on TV.

The only negative I had was that no late checkout was available despite the hotel being nowhere near full.

Good value for money

Perfect location between the centre and the beach and close to the metro. The room was nice and spacious with good AC and equipped kitchen. The staff was very kind and friendly

The bathroom sink got clogged and the toilet kept running water making a little noise. Also, at night you could hear the doors getting slammed making it a bit harder to fall asleep

Great location, nice staff, poor cleaning

The location is very handy as it's 20min walk to the beach (or 9min by tram) and 20min underground train to the city centre. The staff is lovely and courteous. The communal areas as well designed and funky. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable

However the level of cleanliness could definitely be improved, especially in the bathrooms. Useful to know that there doesn't seem to be any soundproofing whatsoever, not from the room's doors, nor from the window or shutters. This is an accommodation frequented by students and youngsters and they like to party, both in the courtyard and in the clubs, returning in the early hours of the morning and oblivious to how loud and drunk they are. So if you are planning to party, that's perfect but if you're hoping in a good night's sleep after sightseeing, then this is probably not the right place for you.

The bathroom leaked - when I had a shower the whole floor of the bathroom and into the bedroom were flooded The bathroom was covered in someone else's hair, there were backs of earrings lying on floor, someone else's hair on bedsheets Absolutely nothing in room - not even a fork! I didn't bother staff about these issues as had already had to bother them about blind not working, borrowing a hair dryer

Perfect location, close to the beach and also to the metro, you can easily go around. Late check in was possible. My flight was late in the evening so I checked around midnight. Studios were clean, safe and you got a pool extra.

Other than that my stay was excellent and the slow/clogged drain didn’t affect my enjoyment of the property.

Lovely stay in a great location

The amenities are very sufficient; the rooms are also really nice and comfortable. Pool and the gym are great options to cool down and get some workout in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great! The games, puzzles, books etc. are nice additions to the stay.

Overall, the rooms are very clean and nice; but, the bathrooms do not have very good air circulation. As it is humid in Valencia, leaving the bathroom door and the windows (or the AC in the room) is not really solving the problem.

Great place to stay with everything you need and more

I loved it all. Absolute bargain. Close to transport links. It has everything you could possible need. A lovely terrace, a clean pool, gym, music room, movie room. Room had fully sized fridge oven dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom was a good size and powerful shower. Outdoor seating area at reception and all of this within a safe environment as not able to get in without reception letting you in or key card.

Pretty good for what we wanted … but not cheap for what it was.

Beautiful studio room close to the Port and the Maritim Metro stop. The single beds were almost double sized. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They tolerated my poor Spanish and spoke excellent English.

If I’d wanted to cook, I’d have struggled as the induction hob was matched with aluminium pans. The plates didn’t do too well in the microwave, either.

Avoid this place! They are rude and cheating customers, illegally collecting personal data. The property is operated by the Staykeepers management company. Agents of this company are rude and cheating customers. No visible or transparent information about the necessary deposit on Booking.com, so are you pay e.eg. for 1 night, you have to pay again at the property a deposit, which is kept for 14 days (!) after your departure, refundable conditional on inspection (when the inspection is done, it is unclear). They contacted me directly several times late at night after I mede my reservation, requesting my personal data via emails! Given all above I cancelled my reservation, they refused to give me my money back. Avoid them!

Excellent for a short stay in Valencia

Very good location, 5 min away from Marítim-Serrería Metro Station. From here the center of town is 5-6 stations away, while the nearest beach of Arenas is 3 stops away, about 10-15 min on foot. Very clean premises. The rooms have kitchen, minibar, TV. Also there is a desk with drawers, a wardrobe, a relatively wide beds with drawers beneath, AC. There is also a pool for the guests.

More than half of the channels of the TV weren't working, at least in our room. The premises were very clean except the outer side of the windows (again, in the room where we were staying). In the bathroom, the shower wall covers only half of the shower plate so, even being careful, some water goes out of the plate when taking a shower.
