Rooms great, bathrooms suck, but the value for the stay is good. Better for young people.

Location is great, balcony is nice. Room was clean and we felt safe. It's a hotel for people who don't spend all day in the hotel.

The bathrooms were really the only downside, there were 3 on one floor. Some better than others, one was incredibly small with no fan and the humidity and just wet never went away. The other two were bigger, but no locks. All humid, all kind of wet all the time, because there are no shower curtains and some are more careful than others I suppose. Sometimes people would take the toilet paper into their rooms and then there was none, but someone does come by once a day to restock.

Cheap, good location but not clean

This is the most basic room I've ever been. It's good if you are passing by and you want to spend one night and avoid a shared hostel.

Not clean, noisy there is construction outside, I think the staff did the bare minimum energy and efforts.

A passable stay.

Location: This is probably one of the few reasons why we wanted to book this place. It is super close to Marítim - Serrería stop and the El Cabanyal + the beach areas - which is convenient to travel around and enjoy some activities while we're there. The room was passable if you purely want to sleep after a long day of having fun in Valencia. It is pretty small (I think ~10m2), but luckily we travelled during good weather days, so it was rather enjoyable and cool at night.

Infrastructure: The room is small, BUT the walls were a bit too thin. I don't blame the owner, of course, but if you happen to travel on a day when a bunch of kids or teenagers are having fun next door that night, it would be REALLY tough to sleep. Hygiene: Maybe the bathroom on the 3rd floor was having an issue with the drain, making the bathroom a bit smelly and constantly humid. Luckily, there are other bathrooms, so this was not a big issue if you are open to using another bathroom.

Ok but was expecting little bit better

Location was fine, 15 min walk to the beach, comfortable bed.

State of bathrooms was a bit disappointing, smelling, i don’t think they been cleaned often, no aircon no windows in bathrooms in 30 deg makes them very hot and humid. Good for 1 night not longer

We liked the location close to the beach & subway and walkable distance from the city center. We also appreciated the warm & efficient communication with the landlord.

Equilibrato al prezzo

Letti molto comodi e personale disponibile. Camera spaziosa e buona posizione, con l'uber in pochi minuti arrivavi ovunque. Il bagno in comune, anche se noi ne avevamo uno privato, è tenuto bene. Per quello che ho pagato ci tornerei piu volte!

L'acqua calda non era sempre presente e purtroppo si sente odore di chiuso e di fogna... ma fortunatamente con la finestra e il "terrazzino" il problema andava via.

Skitiga golv. Hårda sängar. Inte en stol att sitta på någonstans. Sunkigt, fuktigt rum som fick kläderna att lukta unket. Inte en sopborste att låna om man skulle tappa ut nåt. Inga glas att låna. Folk som duschade, blötte ner hela toan, så det var bara att börja torka. Innan man kunde sätta sig. Duschdraperi hade varit bra.

No volveríamos a ir

La habitación era muy espaciosa.

Al llegar las camas estaban sucias, en una de ellas había incluso granos de arroz… la otra cama tenía manchas tanto en la sábana como en la funda del nórdico… no parecía que hubieran cambiado las sábanas… Además de que el suelo no estaba muy limpio, al estar al lado del único baño, la habitación era muy húmeda, y por la tarde noche sobre todo, olía mucho a humedad. Solo hay UN baño para todos los que se alojan, en el cual están la ducha y el retrete, por lo que se formaba una cola tremenda por la mañana.

Stosunek ceny do lokalizacji jest znakomity. W sumie wszystko było w porządku, minusem były nie zamykające się drzwi do łazienek i brak jakichkolwiek drzwi lub zasłon prysznicowych. Nie byłoby to problemem, gdyby nie fakt, że niektórzy goście nie potrafią normalnie wziąć prysznica i chlapią wszędzie dokoła 😅 Poza tym wszystko, jak za taką cenę, bardzo w porządku.

La posizione e il deposito bagagli.

Luogo sporco sporco sporco SPORCHISSIMO!! Il pavimento non ha mai visto uno straccio, il bagno sporco e puzzolente. Camera sporca, coperte sporche... Terribile.

A pesar de todo tuvimos una estancia agradable, por el precio es comprensible todo lo demás.

Nuestra estancia fue de 9 días y gracias a la ubicación del hospedaje pudimos trasladarnos sin problema, también el personal fue muy amable ya que en la habitación al principio contaba solo con dos toallas pequeñas les pedimos grandes y no tardaron en atender nuestra petición (a excepción de una chica de limpieza rubia que al solo vernos nos hizo mala cara).

Primero que la puerta nos fallaba, aunque pusiéramos el código de acceso sonaba pero no abría así que durábamos un rato intentando abrir. El olor de los baños es muy fuerte, creemos que era de las tuberías pero aún así es muy repelente. La construcción que está al lado sonaba demasiado, no nos dejaba dormir casi nada (aunque entendemos que eso se sale de las manos del hospedaje). Las habitaciones son cero insonoras se escuchaba desde que abrían la puerta hasta que estornudaban, igual con la calle. La cama de nuestra habitación sonaba demasiado, solo con acomodarnos ya sonaba.

Sucio, muy sucio. Los suelos no han visto una escoba ni una fregona en su vida. Instalaciones definiciones, ahora entiendo por qué no hay fotos de los baños. Un olor a alcantarilla insoportable, imposible dormir.

En fin solo quedamos un par de días, era aceptable la estancia

La ubicación es perfecta, fácil de llegar, personal amable y pendiente

Mi cama era horrible, cada cuanto hice un pequeño movimiento, sonaba horrible, ademas todo se escucha de la calle y de otras habitaciones también. Sin tapones difícil de dormir bien. Solo había un baño con ducha para varias habitaciones.

La cama era cómoda.

Que no había mantas, que no había armario y que los huéspedes hicieron mucho ruido. Además, estábamos en la habitación n.1 y se escuchaba mucho la gente por la calle y la puerta al abrir y cerrar (el sistema decía que la puerta estaba abierta o cerrada).

Alojamiento económico, aunque con problemas de limpieza.

La ubicación en el antiguo barrio del Cabanyal es favorable, especialmente por su cercanía a la línea de metro de Marítims.

Al llegar, la habitación no estaba aseada; la ropa de cama olía a sudor y el piso tenía arena. Creo que la limpieza no es el punto fuerte de este alojamiento. Está bien para una estancia de bajo presupuesto, pero para unas vacaciones puede resultar desagradable.

No volveremos

Las camas eran muy cómodas y no entraba luz por lo que se podía dormir bien.

El olor a humedad es extremo, sobretodo en el baño, el cual solo vimos que limpiaron una vez en 4 días. No había nadie para preguntar por sitios o recomendaciones turísticas. El edificio muy viejo, casi no nos deja entrar el sistema de la puerta de acceso.

Ziemlich reudige Unterkunft

Wir waren hier wegen des Halbmarathons. Die Lage zum Startbreich ist top. 2 km zufuss. Das Haus und das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich sauber,für 1-2 Nächte ertragbar, wenn man auf Kompfor verzichten kann. Dennoch, wenn man die Wahl hat, würde ich raten die Unterkunft nicht zu buchen. Falls doch , unbedingt mit eigen WC.

Die Bilder sehen deutlich besser aus, als die Unterkunft hergibt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut reudig. Minimalistisch ausgestattet. Kein Kompfor, hellhörig, Abfluss stinkt brutal. Ventilator hat nur zwei Stufen (Aus und Tutbo), Handtücher sind ultra klein. Bett klein und durchgelegen, Kissen dünn wie ein gefaltetes t-shirt. Beide gemeinschafts WC und Dusche ließen sich auf dem Stockwerk nicht abschließen. Wir haben zum Glück Zimmer mit eigenem WC/Dusche gebucht.

A szoba tiszta volt, ágybetét kényelmes. jól megközelithető a szálláshely. Kelemesen hűvös.

A épületi ajtó sokszor nem nyilt ki. Mágnes zár kombináció nem fogadta. Az épület nyilászárói borszasztó hangosak. A fürdőnk koszos penészes volt. Az ágykeret vasból van a járólapon hangos és nyikorgott . Nincs tisztitásra alkalmas eszköz( seprű, lapát, felmosó mop)

La ubicación

Las cucarachas, las humedades, la poca higiene . No barrieron ni la habitación antes de cerrarla, había arena de playa cubriendo todo el suelo, las sabanas no estaban bien limpias, los baños eran un nido de humedad y cucarachas por todas partes.

Sopportabile ma non ci tornerei

Ottima la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia e ben connessa con mezzi pubblici.

Camere e bagni sempre sporchi, anche al momento del check-in.... ho trovato capelli non miei ovunque, anche sulle lenzuola "pulite". A volte si trovavano persino scarafaggi in giro, soprattutto nei bagni in comune. Le docce si trovano subito accanto ai servizi e non sono munite di tenda, quindi si bagna dappertutto quando le si usa. Non c'erano phon in dotazione nonostante elencati nei servizi. Oltre a tutto ciò, spesso c'era puzza di fogna negli ambienti, cosa che non so se dipenda direttamente dalla struttura o meno.

Acessível

Ficámos hospedadas no quarto nº 2 do resto chão, tinha duas camas de casal confortáveis, ar condicionado e mais uma ventoinha de teto, o quarto em si é igual ao que aparecia nas imagens, só acho que faria falta uma arca frigorifica pequenina para pôr águas e assim. Tem um Mercadona bem perto e a praia fica a uns 20-25 mins a pé,

Quando entramos o quarto não tem um cheiro muito agradável, a casa de banho é partilhável e é necessário levar sapatilhas pois não é um chuveiro em si, é no chão e por isso ia água para todo o lado da casa de banho e demora imenso a descer por isso cada vez que lá íamos depois ficávamos com os pés todos molhados.
