The hotel is an excellent location with great views. Eacy access to busses and metro. The room was clean and noder. Housekeeping was consistent and tidy. I neede a lot of help figuring out how to get places, what to visit and storing luggage. Each time they went above and beyond. When I tried to tip them like in the US, they even declined. I will definitely stay there agian in the future, even if it winds up costing more than the great deal I got this time.
