I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.

We enjoyed about everything aside from the fact that check-in and check-out were challenging. But we survived.
We were also quite famished when we arrived but the restaurant opened very late. We did find a nice meal in the bar area and they were very accommodating.

The hotel was clean, spacious and had a nice interior.
However, we didn’t think it was worth the money. They gave 2 small bottles of water as a “welcome gift” and extra bottles of water were chargeable. There were no room slippers (had to be requested), the toilet had no power plug, and when the housekeeping team came in to clean our room, they removed our room’s keycard leaving us with only 1 card left. I understand they removed it to conserve electricity but they could have at least left the keycard in the room for us instead of taking it away completely. It doesn’t make any sense. All in all, given that this is a 4 star hotel and is not cheap, it was very disappointing.
