Generally good stay

The building itself is quite nice, and we really appreciated staying in a two-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our needs. When we moved in, the apartment was clean, spacious, and well prepared, with two bathrooms, which made the stay very comfortable. Although a kettle was listed as an amenity and was not initially in the apartment, once we asked, a staff member brought it immediately, which we appreciated.

Although there are four elevators, due to the large number of floors and apartments they often felt insufficient. During my stay, the elevators were out of order several times and were generally quite slow, which caused some concern. Cleaning was done only on the fourth day instead of the third as stated, which was not a major issue, but the apartment was not vacuumed, so the floors remained dirty for the rest of the stay. It would be helpful to provide a vacuum cleaner in the apartment if regular vacuuming is not possible. One small drawback is that the property is located quite far from the city center; however, it is still easily accessible by bus or taxi.

Buena estancia

La habitación es bonita, tiene todo lo necesario, la cama es cómoda y todo estaba limpio. El check-in lo puedes hacer tú online y no hace falta que hables con nadie del personal. Un punto a favor es que había un pack de limpieza con dos trapos, una bolsa de basura y un estropajo por si tú querías limpiar algo (no lo había visto nunca antes).

La ubicación, quizás es porque nunca hemos ido por esa zona de Valencia pero fue un poco lioso acceder y hay poco aparcamiento o más bien estaba todo ocupado

Cómodo y lindo alojamiento en las afueras de Valencia

Alojamiento muy bien equipado y espacioso para 4 personas, con una linda vista. Tiene 2 baños, uno integrado a uno de los cuartos. Además tiene en el lobby un área de lavandería que se agradece.

Es bastante alejado del centro, aunque está al lado de la parada de autobús.

Genial para descansar y buena calidad

El hotel es prácticamente nuevo y todo estaba en perfecto estado. El desayuno era tipo buffet, con buena calidad y con diferentes opciones. No sabemos si había alguien en las habitaciones de al lado, pero parecía bastante silencioso. Muy limpio. Buen precio, nos salió barato entre todos los que íbamos. También nos gustó que tuviera cocina teniendo en cuenta que hay pocas opciones para comer alrededor y que sí tiene un supermercado cerca.

Las almohadas extra para montar el sofá cama no tenían funda (o no las encontramos). Íbamos a un viaje de trabajo y la ubicación estaba bien, pero si lo que quieres es visitar el centro de la ciudad estaba retirado (aunque bien conectado con transporte público).

Todo genial. El apartamento muy espacioso, con mucha luz y todo nuevísimo. Las camas muy cómodas, incluido el sofá cama. Ropa de baño y sábanas muy buenas y de gran calidad. En la cocina kit de limpieza de cortesía . El personal de recepción muy amable . Muy buena localización junto a la feria de muestras y velódromo.

Esperienza positiva al B48

La struttura è piuttosto recente, le stanze sono luminose e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato in una matrimoniale, delle giuste dimensioni. E anche in un appartamento per 4/6 persone. Spaziosissimo, comodo e dotato di tutto. La colazione era varia ed abbondante. Veramente consigliato.

Le uniche 2 cose da segnalare il cattivo odore in uno dei due bagni e il fatto che essendoci stati a gennaio il riscaldamento in camera era ottimo ma il bagno era piuttosto freddino visto che non ha un termosifone.

À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête, nous avons dû dormir sur le canapé-lit seul endroit où les draps étaient propres sans oreiller, ni couverture. J’attends à ce jour un retour de la part de l’hôtel pour avoir une compensation.

Apartament z 2 sypialniami w bardzo wysokim budynku z ładnym widokiem. Parking przed lub za budynkiem darmowy raczej bezproblemowy. Sam apartament bardzo wygodny z ładnym salonem, 2 łazienkami. Materace bardzo wygodne. Śniadanie średnie i bardzo powtarzalne ale dało się najeść.

Akustyka apartamentów bardzo kiepska. W przypadku trafienia na głośnych sąsiadów może być to uciążliwe.

Estafa total. Reservé y pagué por adelantado un apartamento de 2 habitaciones. No te recibe nadie, todo es por el movil y todo con códigos, hasta ahí bien. Al llegar a las 9 de la noche me encuentro con un apartamento de 1 habitación y edredon de 1 habitación. No hay nadie con quien puedas hablar, al llamar por teléfono me dicen que lo sienten mucho pero que es así. Cuando le digo (muy educadamente) que me tiene que buscar una solución me cuelga. Hasta el día de hoy. Más vale que no tengas algún problema, estas solo y ya has pagado. Booking tampoco me resolvío nada, que cancelaba la habitación si quería y me buscara otro hotel.

Perfecto para viajes de trabajo, justo frente a la Feria de Valencia

Me alojé en B48 Valencia Feria durante mi viaje de trabajo para asistir a la feria y fue una elección perfecta. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, justo enfrente del recinto ferial, lo que me permitió ir andando sin perder tiempo en desplazamientos. Las instalaciones son nuevas y modernas, todo muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. La cama era muy cómoda, ideal para descansar después de una jornada intensa. Además, desde mi habitación tenía unas vistas estupendas a la ciudad, un plus que hace la estancia aún más agradable. Sin duda, un alojamiento muy recomendable.
