Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

The beds were comfortable and the room clean and quiet. The personnel was very welcoming and friendly.

I travelled with my cat and I was charged 15 euros per night plus the fact that there was the possibility that my room wouldn't be cleaned during the stay because of the cat. I can understand that there is a fee for staying in with a pet but not per day, even less if they might not clean the room because of the pet. That policy shall be changed.

Great value, convenient to metro and nice, clean accommodations

Family room was large and the second bathroom was a bonus. two bedrooms plus a table made it easy for the family to have enough space in our stay. Staff was great! Parking was safe in the garage

Overall good value but a few things did spoil out stay

It was very good value for money Fresh towels every day and beds made

The pool was closed from the day we arrived 15/10/24 even though online it said would close from 31/10/24 staff were not interested when we approached them about it we were very disappointed The rooms seemed to be cleaned but there was mould round the rubber seal on the bath needed changing to be honest as I’m sore wasn’t very sanitary

We got in the hotel earlier than their check in time. My daughter and I had to use the common bathroom. Three cubicles which are all dirty at around 10am. Thin walls. We stayed their for 3 days and 2 nights. The first morning I was awaken by the sound of phone alarm which is not mine. We can definitely hear people or staff talking outside especially early in the morning. The pool is not a kid friendly height unless your children will use a floater or knows how to swim. We have two single bed for my husband and I. Unfortunately, my husband’s bed has a squeaky sound whenever he moves.

Good enough for staying close to “Feria de Valencia” but was expecting more for the price.

The location is perfect for events taking place at the “Feria de Valencia”. The staff was very kind at all times.

Extremely loud housekeeping in the morning, it was impossible to sleep past 9am. Shower was clogged and flooded several times. Room service and restaurant was rather slow.

Waking up shockingly for a false alarm at 2.30 am and did not even offer the tea and coffee for a 4 star hotel where usually this is a fare included service. We also found ants in the bathroom during our stay. Don't think will be back there again. A bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel 🙁

A great hotel close to the Feria Valencia

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very close to the Feria Valencia, but it feels more like a vacation hotel than a business hotel. In the area of the hotel, there are several small shops and bars that can be reached by foot. The metro with connection to the airport or city center is also very close. The hotel restaurant offers a good buffet, so it is not even necessary to leave the hotel for dinner.

lovely hotel, clean and well kept!

staff were very helpful, room was clean and tidy.

There isn’t a lot to do in end immediate vicinity of the hotel. you need to get the bus into the city which takes 25min. Not necessarily a bad thing but something to consider.
