Mediocre would be complimentary.

Nothing great to say. It worked due to proximity to the expo centre but I won’t rush back.

I like that it’s pet friendly but, really, move the dog blankets and dog water and food bowls out of the rooms if guests are not checking in with pets!! Major attention is needed to cleanliness…. I arrived with clean clothes and left with a fur blanket thanks to the pet hair!

Good Permanence

Overall, the hotel is good, but what really makes the difference is the front desk staff — especially Vivian, the receptionist we met at night. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. Eugenio and Carmen were just as great. As for the building itself, it definitely needs a bit of a refresh, since the rooms look quite old, and cleanliness could be improved. The floors, both at the reception and in the rooms, always looked a bit streaky. That said, the general cleanliness of the room was fine — the bathroom and the bed were good — it was really just the floors that could have been better. Breakfast, on the other hand, was perfect: really rich and varied.

Friendly staff but the hotel is not worth the money

The staff were very polite and wanted to help as much as they could, I really appreciate how helpful they were! We also liked the breakfast in the mornings, although while we were there we were asked one day to have breakfast in the Valencia 4 hotel (we stayed in Valencia 3) and that was much better than Valencia 3 when we had it there, more options and better coffee.

The first room we stayed at was very damp, it had a lot of mould and I found it hard to breathe in there. The staff were very good at helping us find another room and although it was better, I still found it hard to breathe and I fell extremely ill from the dampness in the hotel so we had to keep the window open at all times. Unfortunately this was my only holiday this year and I spent a lot of it in bed as my body reacts very badly to damp and mould. You can see from the photos that the hotel have tried to paint over the mould, the air conditioning is very dated too, assuming it doesn’t get cleaned which is what got me ill. You also have to pay for parking, not sure if that is normal in Spain but usually when I stay in a hotel parking is included in the price. I don’t think I would stay in this hotel again, we spent a lot of money and I would say the only good thing about the hotel was the friendly staff.

Good hotel for a stay in Valencia.

Very close to Conference Center and Metro station. Easy accessible from airport and train station. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Restaurants nearby.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good internal parking!

Friendly and helpful staff at reception especially the male employee who checked us in. The facilities in Ilunion 4 were what we used when we wanted to get something to eat for lunch and dinner. Good parking at a reasonable price. Good accessibility from the airport and into the centre. Good for a very short stay!

Rooms are quite basic - nothing fancy and I would have expected slightly more comfort for the price. Not much variety at breakfast - a lot of sweet stuff. The croissants were well made and tasty!

It is in quiet area of town and close to the metro station. Room was nice and clean. Staff and service was realy good and nice. Breakfast was also realy good and you had a lot of to choose what you want to eat but maybe a little expensive. Would definetely stay again

Clean and spacious rooms, below average breakfast

The staff was great, really kind people. I appreciated that every evening when I got back to the hotel, the room was spotless clean and smelled realy nice

The breakfast was below expectations. The fruits and croissants weren’t always fresh, which is dissapointing considering you have access to fresh fruits in your area. The coffee was terrible. The omlette was tasteless and there were no vegetables whatsoever

Pleasant hotel if you are looking for a relatively cheap hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. I was impressed by the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. Overall the cleanliness and experience was positive.

I feel like the cleaning staff could have done a better job of vacuuming and dusting throughout our stay. I was not happy with the location in relation to the center of the city and the beach. Not the fault of the hotel however something to consider.

easy to get to and park. Good parking rates

no USB port in Room. Cleaning lady cleaned my room when I was out for breakfast and I wasnt checked out! She wouldnt let me back in till I spoke to Manager.

The hotel is close to a metro station, really easy to go to the center, and it was even ok to walk from the hotel to the center. The room was clean and comfortable. I bought breakfast which was quite good and varied.
