The place to stay in Valencia

The beds were very comfortable, the hotel's location is great, as you can reach the Turia Gardens, the city center and many stores as it's next to a shopping mall. Public parking is also close by the hotel

Nice hotel but very pricey!

Had to find a hotel at 10pm when I had turned up at the 'NAP v' (booked via Booking.com) only to find it had been closed down by the authorities a month ago. I had to pay way more than I would have wanted. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and the shower lovely and warm - but oh my, what a high price!

Couldn't access the internet; and Front desk service was very poor when I showed them the problem I was experiencing.

Great hotel and location.

Great hotel, the location was excellent. Beds are comfortable, loved the pillows. Would definitely stay here again. Right next to El Corte Ingles and a mall which was excellent!

Not bad but it needs to improve.

Location was good. Easy to get a taxi to where you need to go. Also big shopping centre and restaurants next door.

We booked two rooms about 2 months out. One room was great and ours dreadful. I spoke to the duty manager Javier and he very quickly fixed the problem and we were given a better room but still not up to the standard of our other guests room. One day I had to ask for our room to be cleaned and it was 5.30 at night. Also out juggling didn’t work. There were also no amenities in the bathroom. I was disappointed as I thought Novotel were up there in standards .

Hotel great loved Valencia

Most things were really good! Laura(reception)made us feel very welcome,loved the pool area.

Bar service was quite slow and a bit of a pain to book a table every evening.

Well located modern hotel with some shortfalls

A very modern hotel, decent location close to public transport and within walking distance of the historic centre. Nice Sky bar and roof pool. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly comfortable room and bed.

Not enough storage in the room. Bathroom not 100% clean every day. Room not as comfortable as Novotel’s in the UK. Some staff miserable bordering on rude. Main gripe was, due to private events on two of our four night stay, the rooftop pool closed at 4pm instead of 8pm., we were not advised of this in advance

Valencia Novotel

The bed was nice and comfy. I liked that there was USB charge ports. The sofa bed was made already for us, so we didn't have to set it up. Robes, slippers and towels were great. Massive shower head so the shower is nice. Lots of storage space. TV can translate to English.

No fan in toilets, so definitely need fragrances after you have been. No tea bags in the room. The water came out very quickly and sprayed everywhere when using the basin. There was no conditioner in the shower.

Lovely pool and good location

The hotel was fab, rooms were so modern and clean and the pool itself was amazing, we spent the day relaxing on the sun loungers. There is a great shopping centre just behind the hotel which was handy, and the location is good, it was about a 20 min walk to the cathedral and the city centre. An overall great stay!

Lovely getaway next to the heart of Valencia

Everything about the property was great. Me and my sister had an amazing time! The rooftop pool is a lovely place to lounge and even though the pool is small, it’s very nice to relax. Breakfast was amazing - such a great fresh selection!

Everything was amazing. The pool and bar sky are excellent, the view is to die for. The breakfast is delicious and very tasty, a lot of variety. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, everything is clean. The location is amazing, close to anything. We had an amazing and relaxing time.

Would have loved to stay longer!

- Very modern and stylish hotel. - Awesome Breakfast Buffet, very broad selection of high-quality breakfast options, including cava and mimosas. Warm, cold and sweet options. - Very cool rooftop pool and terrace with bar including food and snacks. - Good gym with good equipment (for a hotel). There are also to good commercial gyms close by alternatively. Many people also go for a run at the nearby park. - Very friendly and helpful staff.

- I have rarely encountered that many children in a hotel. There were almost as many children as adult guests. This makes the breakfast area very busy and creates the necessary hustle and bustle. Not for everyone. - Noise insulation towards the hallway could be better. Doors slam shut and that's very audible in the room. So if the neighbour (or their children) decide to go in and out the rooms at 7am, you will definitely hear it. - The location is right next to a shopping mall. Not the most romantic environment, but on the upside you have a lot of (good) facilities close by.

Rooftop pool nice

Cut toe nails from previous occupier still on floor Flat sink base in bathroom so nothing drains properly Papua restaurant had a mid week opening party with loud music until 1am. WHY? Are you not aware of guests trying to sleep 2 floors up?

Great location, value for money, exceptional breakfast

Location great, on foot in 10-15 min to old town Valencia. Hotel is located next to shopping a mall with lot of restaurants. In 3 minutes walk, from the hotel there is a the bus station to travel from city to city. Breakfast - exceptional, everything included even wine :) Restaurant with in the hotel for dinner - new , modern but for us it was a fare 3.5/ out of 5

Great value for money

Great location , has very good amenities. The breakfast was very good with lots options and very fresh. The rooftop bar and pool are a great addition with good views . Very clean and staff are very attentive and friendly.

Didn’t like that I had to pay a €25 deposit per day , not mentioned any where prior to booking and still not refunded a week later. The parking is not onsite and costs are very high for the parking near by. There was a leak and strange sewerage smell in the halls and rooms on the days we were there but probably isolated issue.

Wonderful location (1 min from metro, supermarket and shopping mall, 15-20 min walk to the city center), open bar on the roof for vaping/smoking, convenient good size and nicely furnished room, big bottles of shampoo/body washer/soap (no need to take yours), clean, fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. BEST hair dryer we have ever had in hotels! No iron though, which wasn't a problem for us.

the only thing - there weren't hotel slippers in the room when we arrived and we got them only on the next evening (the floors were cold, and walking barefoot wasn't an option, and we hate to wear shoes inside the living space)

Breakfast was diverse and could satisfy various needs. The pool on the top of the hotel is totally a plus.

There was not always clean in front of the hotel. I stayed for a beer and I was surrounded by trash.

The only thing I didn't like it was the mattress. It's not confortable at all. I woke up evryday with back pain. But that's my only complaint.

The location.

The furniture is so old, they really need urgent renovation, the staff doesn’t speak English, the beds were moving through the room while moving during sleep, there were not enough towels, we had to make almost an appointment to borrow the hairdryer from the reception desk and in our final day they refused to call us a taxi because from time to time taxis come in front of the hotel so we were supposed to wait for it. Also, breakfast is so expensive for a 3star hotel in a city where any decent breakfast doesn’t cost more than 4€. I would not recommend this hotel for a future staying.
