watch out for bed bugs. to be avoided

unfriendly hostess, unclean room with hair on the ground, stains on the sheets, room didn't have the amount of beds as was stated. worst of all were the bedbugs we discovered on the bed and walls after the first night. therefore we booked another accommodation immediately. never got a reply from the property on our message

Great location clean place safe and easy access to the metro and all important locations owner's communication by email before my arrival was great, but she did not inform me about the change of a private bathroom to a shared bathroom which was very annoying

I have traveled a lot all over the world, but never had a breakfast experience what I received in this place before, the owner kept a cake and small bread rolls in a packet in the fridge with milk, an orange juice carton 1 pack for the whole week, and coffee pods in the fridge, 3days later I requested cereal which she did buy immediately. I don't know whether this is how they provide breakfast in Valencia. booking was done as including a private bathroom, but we were given a shared bathroom, When I questioned about it, owner Marisa just shrugged her shoulder, saying no, and the person who was interpreting said it was changed to a shared bathroom 5 months ago. The owner should have honored the booking by giving me a private bathroom, she did not bother at all I was not happy about this at all

Nefasto todo con una anfitriona racista y mal educada, la peor experiencia que he vivido con booking. Entrando al cuarto cuando estaba dormido para despertarme y acusándome de robarle las llaves cuando las tenía dejadas encima de la mesa.

No volveré nunca más.

No, fue entrar y la primera desilusión. Siempre cogemos habitaciones normalitas, pero con baño privado y nada más entrar me di cuenta q el baño era compartido. No sé si falló el filtro o estaba mal indicado. No he querido profundizar más, lo di por bueno y aceptamos, era solo una noche y se que reserve tarde y no había muchas opciones q se ajustase a nuestro presupuesto. Otra vez no me pasará y me aseguraré de q es baño privado. También no me volverá a pasar de confirmar una habitación sin q me digan antes el precio por llevar a una mascota. Me cobraron 25€ por una noche. Hace 5 años q tengo mascota y nunca me habían cobrado tanto por una sola noche

No me gusta prácticamente nada, la habitación con una peste tremenda a humedad, las zonas comunes sucias, la taza del wc rota y sucia. Ponía en cartel de “disculpen las molestias estamos renovando nuestras instalaciones”, pero vamos q tenia pinta de que era una excusa y un cartel viejo, para q se entienda q se va a reformar. El pasillo de al lado de la habitación con el papel despegado de humedades. Las puertas de los baños hinchadas y por eso cerraban mal y hacía mucho ruido al cerrarse. Menos mal q solo había una habitación ocupada.

La descripción no dice nada del baño compartido, la limpieza justa, las instalaciones necesitan una vuelta de mantenimiento, encontramos insectos en la cama, además de un grupo de jóvenes que hicieron mucho ruido toda la noche, no vuelvo ni aunque me lo regalen.

Que tenga que ver con el piso nada

Para empezar tuve un problema con los adultos que reservé, la inquilina me hizo pagar de más pese a meses antes haber acordado una cama más en la habitación y sin problema fue su respuesta, le escribí al whatsapp y no me respondió, me enteré de esto el mismo día. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, el baño y la terraza son intocables. El wifi no estaba disponible. La cocina, el frigorífico y los cubiertos también dejan que desear, podrían cuidar más la higiene. El interruptor de la luz del cuarto se encuentra fuera de la habitación, es decir, que si quieres apagar la luz o encenderla tienes que estar saliendo todo el rato. La inquilina no nos trató de la mejor forma, le conté nuestro problema mencionado anteriormente y no mostró ningún sentimiento de empatía, solo quería el dinero, se hizo la víctima para quitarse responsabilidad del problema. El último día ni decirnos adiós, donde se demuestra que realmente solo le importa el dinero.

su excelente ubicación, MUY cerca de la Ciutat Vella paradas de metro y autobús en la puerta y junto al portal un Liaopastel con un horario maravilloso para personas que nos levantamos muy temprano y nos gustan los buenos dulces. el trato con el anfitrión amable, flexible y comprensiva. y no me puedo olvidar de comentar LA CAMA, yo quiero una igual en mi casa.

aunque su espacio es fantástico es cierto que tiene algunos años encima y a lo mejor va necesitando un lavado de cara, sobre todo los baños, aunque las fotografías del anuncio no mienten, y en este sentido su precio contratado me parece muy razonable.

Cuando llegue no sabia como abrir la puerta de abajo del edificio como me habia quedado sin Internet fue un poco stress....gracias a un señor que vive en el edificio pudimos entrar....luego me entere que la llave estaba en un lugar que nunca me dijeron...creo que fue falta de comunicación entre la encargada y yo.....aun tienen que chequear algunos detalles de lugar....no era el lugar que estaba buscando.....todo lo demás bien....

Хотя я приехала в обозначенный мной временной промежуток, меня никто не ждал. Как пришлось ждать пока зашел кто-то из соседей и впустил меня. Заранее инструкции как зайти мне никто не прислал. Пришлось звонить и спрашивать. Я не очень хорошо знаю язык, а если бы вообще не знала??? Стояла бы у дверей?? Было бы намного проще и удобнее если бы прислали инструкции по размещению заранее по электронной почте. Сеть wifi указанная в инструкции доя гостей не существовало. Пришлось опять спрашивать, и опять не смогла подключиться. Ну и по мелочи- головка душа оторвана от шланга- принять душ сложно. Почему-то всего одно банное полотенце- а чем вытирать руки?

Los unico bueno, la ubicación...

La ubicación...

Para comenzar, en la pagina de booking ponía bien claro que el check in se podía hacer hasta las 23:30, llegamos a las 23:10 y la señora nos exigió uj pago de 20 € por llegar tarde, no dijo q sino podia cancelar la reserva... si ko se puede llegar a esa hora, o lleva un sobrecargo q cambien el horario en la app. El alojamiento necesita una buena reforma, humedades, paredes sucias, decoración de terraza podrida, toalleros oxidados, grifos goteando, la tapa del wc rota ( según esta señora, la acababan de romper... aquello tenía pinta de llevar roto años...) las duchas no se podían colgar, tenías q enjabonarte con una mano y sujetar la ducha con la otra...la pared del cabecero, faltaban la mitad de las molduras del techo... la luz de la terraza, brillaba por su ausencia... podíamos seguir así horas, las fotos q adjuntamos hablan por si solas...

Non bene, ma andata

Trovato subito e fortunatamente eravamo gli unici ad alloggiare, l'appartamento è in condivisione, sia la cucina che i due bagni, quindi ci si deve adattare alle esigenze, la posizione è comodo perchè attaccata alla metro e agli autobuso.

Beh proprio l'aspetto legato alla condivisione degli spazzi. I bagni sono due ma sono in condizioni pietose, come il resto della casa, con intonaci e altro che si stacca, mobili datati, sembra pulito ma dico sembra perche non si capisce bene. La parvenza a primo impatto sembra buona, poi vedi che ci sono cavi che si staccavo, box doccia con calcare e ruggine, vasca con segni vari e altro ancora che proprio non da senso di un appartamento curato e lindo. Cmq per una notte è andata bene....ma consiglio la doccia con le ciabatte e non toccate niente in giro.....

Hele vriendelijke host. Reageerde snel op berichten. En mochten onze tassen/koffers eerder brengen als inchecktijd. Plus later op onze vertrekdag weer ophalen. Midden in het centrum, alles op loopafstand en metro/bus op 2 min afstand. En goed schoon.

Het interieur is een allegaartje maar daar hebben we geen last van gehad.

La grandissima maleducazione della proprietaria!!! 1^Gli ho scritto x segnalare il problema della wi-fi, che prima era un errore di Maiuscola che potrebbe correggere e basta! seconda lei poteva dipendere.." dal vento forte del giorno prima" ma per favore! La verità e' che la linea wi-fi prende solo all'entrata dell'appartamento, una volta in stanza scompare immediatamente!!! 2^ stavamo x uscire e ci siamo resi conto che le porte finestre scorrevoli non si chiudevano, a suo dire SI' e poi mi ha detto che se volevo c'era un cancello scorrevole che avremmo dovuto chiudere con una mega catena e lucchetto, COMODO E PRATICO X I CLIENTI, peccato che accatastati sopra c'erano diversi pannelli, non piccoli di legno/compensato che impedivano al cancello di scorrere e quando glielo fatto notare si e' anche arrabbiata al mio rifiuto di dover spostare del materiale che ingombrava, dicendomi che una volta una signora ha voluto chiudersi x forza con il catenaccio!, ma io non sono quella signora!! 3^ la pulizia e il decoro degli spazi comuni lascia a desiderare!!! Insomma una pessima esperienza! Nella stanza ns.c'era un forte odore di candeggina! Non il massimo x il Benvenuto Tra le cose peggiori che ha detto e' che avevamo pagato solo €60 ( a parte che ne ho pagato 68) ma kmque gli ho detto che cosa c'entra!!!???

Habitación amplia y cómoda

Tomó en cuenta que había una persona celiaca para el desayuno. La habitación era amplia y con aire acondicionado, la terraza perfecta para desayunar. Facilidad para poder dejar las mochilas antes del check, y nos dio información para dejarlas en unas consignas el día de salida.

No nos indicaron cual era nuestro baño y estuvimos compartiendo con el resto de huéspedes.
