Horrendous service

Nothing, we weren't even able to get access to the apartment and had to book somewhere else last minute.

We were given no instructions to access, nobody answered any of the calls or emails or the intercom. We waited 4hrs to get in and finally had to book somewhere else which cost us more money. Very poor.

Almost nothing complyed wih the impresion you give at the website Partiquelery the name of the "hotel" gives an entirely wrong impresion. Like the bathroom being inbetween the 2 rooms I rented The bride white bedsheets on the foto were faul gris the rooms were not spotless and the bathroom worse.

Valencia Stay.

Location suited us as was close by other friends.

The condition of the bedding wasn't great. The pillows were lumpy and stained and the bed linen had hair on it. Bed was low and old. We got bitten alive with midges that night after 1 night there and we spent 11 days in the area and only a few bites prior to.it. It looked like an old office floor that was converted to accommodation. You could hear everything that was going on in the lobby, sounds were echoed under the door gap. Definitely more soundproofing required.

The place is perfect to stay close to the City Center (20 min Walking). I had shared bathroom. The room was clean but a little bit cold. The price is affordable for Valencia and if you want to stay few days.

Clean, secure, close to the train station, 50% too expensive for what it actually is.

The place is incredably secure, with access codes to all 3 doors. There are plenty of bathrooms to the 13 rooms and the wntire place is all very clean. The rooms are a pretty good size for a signle person, maybe even two smaller people :)

The staff is basically absent. In my time here I only saw one person who comes to clean the rooms uppon checkout. The team communicates wiht you via whatsapp reugurarly if needed so you are not alone, but it would be nice to be able to leave your bag at reception prior to your flight, after cherckout.

Door knob leading to a “balcony” (a 50cm floor bordered by a grid) was broken, so the door couldn’t be shut, opening itself with the wind. That caused really low temperature in the room at night, which was unbearable in combination with the poor equipment of the accommodation - no blankets, just one sheet. We had an external private bathroom, where the main light didn’t work. It couldn’t be locked from outside, which is strange due to a number of surrounding apartments.

Large rooms but no air conditioning

it feels like the rooms previously were offices or something so was quite large so would be suitable for a group staying in one room. There are a few good eating joints nearby and a laundromat also.

We originally booked 3 nights and had to cancel after the first night (would’ve cancelled that too but they didn’t allow us). What they call an air conditioner is in fact just a cooler and the room was hotter than the hallway. There was no relief from the intense summer heat and we felt it was false advertising. they did move us to a different room that didn’t have large windows so it was slightly cooler but was still very humid. The hotel is close to the station but not too close to the city. It also only has someone at reception for s small period of time so if you want to arrive early and leave your bags you won’t be able to. A bit overpriced for what you actually get.

All sounds from outside were audible. Air conditioning during the night was not chilling the air. Hard to find receptionist or cleaning lady to get toilet paper. Wifi always slow and often reconnecting.

Good shower

Aircon didn’t work. Light in bath kept switching off after 2 seconds. No door between toilet and bathroom. Handfan didn’t work. Door to “balcony” didn’t shut properly and was broken from the beginning therefore it was really noisy all the time. Was no actual bed but just a folding bed for 2 people. Didn’t accept the payment via booking and had to pay on sight. wasn’t aware of it and so we had to doublecheck whether we already got booked for it in order to avoid a scam

The bed was comfy. Both the room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom seemed new, really good with a good shower as well. The room was air conditioned so nice when it's 38 degrees outside (however couldn't find how to turn it off).

The staff was rarely present, almost always empty reception. No change of bath towels or cleaning during the stay (however, we met the cleaning lady and asked for new towels and some toilet paper and she gave them to us right away).
