Good locationm but nothing special to write home about.

The apartment was located on a quiet side street and it was an easy walk 10-15 minutes to the historical attractions.

All the guest had trouble opening the main front door to the building, so there was a lot of bashing of the front door at all hours. Also not the fault of the apartment but we had very noisy guests staying next door to us, singing and doing other loud activities at 1am in the morning. From the photos displayed on booking.com it also looks like rooms have a courtyard.

Good value to price ratio

The place was great. Clean, cosy and beautiful. Many handy stuff like plates, cutleries and etc are already available.

The ceiling was a bit low, especially if you are tall you should be careful 😅.

The space was fine, but the unresponsive staff left us unsure of what to do. This impacted our overall experience.

The outdoor space was nice and spacious.

The safe had no batteries. We reached out to the staff and received no follow up. Even after more than more message.

The walls and door are really thin. The door was trembling every time someone was closing the main door of the building.

Short-term rental apartment (no breakfast or stuff like shampoo)

Good location (walking distance to the city). Had a quiet and partially sunny terrace, comfortable bed and air-conditioning. Good value for price. Had fridge and microwave.

Had to call the property a few times to get into the apartment (payment link wasn't sent until the day of). Someone from the company had to access the the apartment to fix the neighbours AC but they didn't lock up the door afterwards. Very thin walls (you could hear everything from people slamming doors to entering keycodes)

good location, spacious and well furnished room but really needs more cleaning and responsive staff

I liked that they placed a mini fridge inside the room and the bed was also very comfy.

The boiler for hot water is so small that it’s not possible to take more than 4 min shower with warm water. Most of my showers had to end up with cold water. The floor was not properly cleaned and everything was a bit dusty. The bed sheets were also stained. The umbrella outside is half broken. The table and chairs outside were very dirty. I tried to contact the property staff by WhatsApp on their designated business WhatsApp and they never replied or called me back.

Don't trust the photos, stay somewhere else.

Location is the only good thing about this property.

First of all the room was not the one posted on Booking web site - they mess it up and correct photos are only on their own web site (but you'll know it only after you pay) but we agreed to what we were offered as we didn't want to fight and spoil the vacation. At first sight the place looked nice but once you take a closer look you realise how worn out it is - mold in bathroom, shower head falling off, shabby furniture in the patio etc. Promised toiletries is just a half empty bottle of extremely diluted hand soap. When we came there was no remote for the AC and it was not working without it. We contacted the manager and he promised to bring one the next day. No one brought us anything the next day (nor any following day). After we looked at how dirty the AC was we decided not to call the manager again and not use the AC at all. Also the drain in shower was pretty weak and in few days after we checked-in it was barely functioning - you could take a shower for no longer than 5 min and the next person could use it 30 min after the first one. We called the stuff and we were promised that someone would come to fix/unclog it. Again, no one ever came. The stuff is absolutely useless, it is there only to say "yes yes, tomorrow we'll fix it". The property states that towels are changed every 3 days - nonsense, no one's changing anything while you're there. Overall, the owner is squeezing every cent out of their real estate and you can feel it. There are better places where you actually feel like a guest.

Bad

Check-in was madness, the staff didn't send the details for access to the property so I had to call them to get the keys and access code. the staff doesn't speak good English so it's really hard to understand what they are saying. The room was really dirty, we believe they didn't clean it at all, the air condition (which was included in the room fare) was impossible to use because we didn't have the remote. We asked and they answered only the last night saying that they need to send a technician (?).. Anyway, the air condition was really dirty too so better we didn't use it or we could get something. Is impossible to sleep since the rooms are really noisy, every time someone enters or go out of the building there is a small earthquake in the room and a lot of noise. In the bed we had only 1 sheet, that was just on the bed, so in the night we edend up to sleep on a materass without sheets. And the materass was dirty too. Please see the photos.

Pleasant

Only good thing was a location close by the walk to other places.

Windows not closing properly, too noisy at night, all neighbours was slaping the doors so loud, you could hear every step outside the doors and other rooms. Sink was dirty with brown stains, hairs in the room. Also made booking though booking.com and they took payment, and day before arrival they asked for payment again since they said they dont have any information about booking.com payment! How stupid it is! So i paid 2times and still waiting my refund! No one is bothering even to reply!

Horrible

location

The room was horrible, I don’t recommend to anyone, I would not stay there for free next time. First of all, it’s so old and dirty, super small that entering your the apartment one person have to enter to the bathroom , then can enter the second person and only then you can close the door. The outside door was broken and was never closed, the kettle was broken ( could not have a cup of tea never), the toilet was broken, water was running all the time. Our towels had dark hair in the them and brown stains on all of them, no toiletries. It’s so so old and dirty, the tv size is like a laptop, not bigger and the remote control was not working. I will never come back to this place and don’t recommend to anyone!! To pay for this 160eur for 2 nights was a thief!!!

Всичко беше супер. Успя да задоволи нуждите ни и да направи престоят ни във Валенсия добър. 😇 Близо до центъра е, до метро и автобуси, супермаркет и кафенета.

Имаше проблем с климатика, но персонала оставиха допълнителни отоплителни печки ( + имаше радиатор на ток), така че без проблем стаята беше топла.😇

Personal telefónico muy eficiente hasta llegar a una habitación bien situada, bonita y cómoda.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado en Valencia y es muy bonito y cómodo.Lo que más me gustó es el personal que nos ayudó en todo momento desde el teléfono hasta llegar al lugar y meternos en la habitación.Personal muy agradable,muy eficiente,muy útil y maravilloso.

Struttura abbastanza in centro Rapporto quantità/prezzo ottimo anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa di più

La stanza 4 è stato ricavata dalla parte alta di un box. Stanza umida, fredda e rumorosa perché dalla ventola del bagno arrivavano le voci e i rumori (di chi è in bagno) dei vicini…abbastanza imparazzante. Al piano di sopra i bambini urlavano e litigavano e abbiamo sentito tutto come se fossero in camera nostra.

La posizione. Molto vicino al centro. Poco rumoroso. Il letto molto comodo. La stanza conta con il necessario per il soggiorno. Ha un mini frigo e un forno microonde che di sicuro aiutano.

Si potrebbe migliorare nella comunicazione con lo staff.

Estaba ubicado en la parte más oscura de la calle, luz casi nula. Daba miedo si llegabas un poco tarde. Muy sucio. Es una especie de semisótano con olor a humedad y gran olor a tuberías. Las paredes por algunas zonas tenían restregones muy negros. Si necesitas algún tipo de factura para acreditar el alojamiento por mucho que la pidas te van a poner mil excusas para no facilitarla. Mi experiencia fue muy mala no me volvería a alojar allí ni gratis. Además se les filtró mi teléfono no sé de que modo y me empezaron a llegar estafas vía wassap para que realizara el check in. Me dijeron que me darían una respuesta para ver que había pasado y también espero sentada como la factura.

Es un "cuchitrín" con poca ventilación. El baño no tiene puerta separadors de la habitación. Techo demasiado bajo. Baño sin aislamiento de olores. Televisor con deficiente cobertura de canales.

Inizialmente accogliente ma è tutta apparenza! Non fidatevi delle foto perché non è come sembra, abbiamo pagato la camera più costosa per la terrazza, ma era pessima con privacy zero. Non parliamo della pulizia polvere sui mobili appena entrati, non è mai venuto lo staff per pulire o per cambiare asciugamani o rifornire la carta igienica, le basi insomma, e quando abbiamo chiesto hanno detto che avremmo dovuto pagare un costo di 50€ (cosa non detta durante la prenotazione) ma nonostante questo per ricevere due asciugamani puliti abbiamo chiamato almeno 4/5 volte e aspettato parecchie ore. Inoltre appena arrivati abbiamo abbiamo avuto problemi per ricevere il codice dal proprietario della struttura e aspettato giù per mezz’ora all’una di notte. Posizione ottima ma servizi 0.
