Well located, not clean

Good location, close to several shops, public transport and public park

The apartment was bot clean. We had to clean the bathroom the night we arrived. The property reacted promptly on the day we reported the issue.

Amazing stay.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable and despite it being a studio, it did not feel crowded. The bathroom and kitchen worked good and the space for dining/living was quite comfortable as well. Location is very convenient if you want to move around with public transport (Metro) and the central Bus station is 5min with a taxi, this was plus point, since we arrived with a Bus.

Close to a metro station. Building is easy to be found. Nice neighborhood, many bars and restaurants. Apartment is spacious and clean. Bed and sofa are very comfortable. It was very quiet. Everything looks brand new. I forgot to ask if they have equipment to iron clothes. If they have, it is in the laundry facility. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy to communicate with staff via email.

They give you the codes just a few hours before your arrival. You get your flight without knowing the codes. I would rather have everything on hands before boarding the plane.

Great place to stay!

We felt at home. Every detail is carefully thought over, the apartment is not huge, yet nicely divided into zones for sleep, rest , cooking and eating. All necessary equipment is available, and the hosts are caring - regularly checking (in written) if things are ok and offering help. They were quick to respond and clarify things if needed. Highly recommend!

Location is close to the metro

Alot of codes, one for entering the building, other to get into the hall where the rooms are and than another to open the box where the keys are placed. It's just annoying :)

Very clean apartment with a very safe entrance. Secure place to leave luggage. Quick reply from management.

The location was as described, however it is a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. Still plenty nice restaurants nearer though.

cockroaches in the bedroom so not a nice experience

location was nice.

unfortunately we found cockroaches twice in the bedroom, whereby the second time on the bed! even if the apartment would have been five stars, finding cockroaches makes any stay unpleasant. Also asked the contact person a question about transportation and never got a reply, which I found a bit impolite. I received a message with a request to not give a rating below a 9, but unfortunately with our experience I cannot give it a higher rating than 4, and that is me being generous. Could be just a coincidence, but this stay was definitely not nice and would not stay here again.

The property was clean and comfy, the bed was comfortable and the communication with the host was very effective, she made us feel like we were taken care of. The property has 3 codes, one at the entry of the block, one at the apartments’ floor and one at our apartment so we felt really safe. The best part was the location, it is 2 min away from the metro, and 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Easy and confortable for low price.

Great for its price. The staff was very nice and acessible. The apartment was clean, well located, the bed was confortable and we had everything we needed. I recommend this stay for either family or work trips. Enjoy!

entire apartment available, well equipped close to the north train station

the apartment has no heating source and it gets cold in the winter time at night. the airconditioning can be used to hear the appartment but is usefull only in the TV area. the bed had only one blanket of 120 cm (single person) which is not usefull for 2 people. all of this can be avoided if you travel in the summer times.
