The location of the place is good, and if you plan to use it only to sleep there, it's ok

The location is good - very close to Xativa station which is a main stop for the metro from the airport. The hotel is on walking distance from Plasa de l'Ajuntament and the Mercat Central which is very convenient.

The hotel is with no stuff. It was not easy to find it. I've sent a few messages through booking.com before my stay which were never answered. I called the phone at the day of my arrival and nobody picked up. The message they sent to me in whatsApp with info for codes for the entrance and the room were in Spanish only. There is practically no insulation in the rooms. I was able to here every tourist entering the place through the main door as well as exactly what the people in the next room were talking about. The widow looks to a closed inside dirty space of the building and basically I kept the curtains on all the time.

Good if you just want a place to sleep and won’t be spending much time there. You get what you pay for.

The location is quite central, it’s easy to walk to most places. It is also a walking distance to the bus and metro stations.

There is no one to communicate with. They don’t answer calls or WhatsApp messages. It is self check in and they only send check in codes 15 minutes before. The walls are so thin, you can hear what your neighbours are doing. There is no kitchen.

The location and price are great

It needs maintenance. The bathroom in room number 13 flooded because of the faucet. the AC didn't work either. We also heard the shower of the other room.

Good place to stay for a night.

It was an ideal place to stay for 1 night. We had 3 rooms for a family of 5. The accommodation shared space and rooms were very clean.

Can be a bit tricky to get through all the doors with different PIN codes.

Ok for one night, but wouldn't go again

Only good thing was the location to be honest, it's ok-ish for a night but several things made one feel not comfortable

To begin with, nobody picks up on the service hotline. It's a bit tricky to find and we only got the code upon request while we were already there. Regarding the rooms, it does the job for one night but honestly, the walls are useless, you can hear every word from your neighbours and even see the light from the next room on the top of your walls shining through. The bathroom was also not clean and the shower was a bit mouldy. They use codes to access the rooms, which is a very loud sound for every digit so you can hear it every time someone comes home. The window is honestly a joke because it's facing a shaft, no light except spots on the ceiling and actually no storage place at all.

Misleading! Avoid

Location

The room did not match the description! City view was an internal wall and cigarette waste. Advertised room description (pictures and text descriptions) did not match at all. Cigarette smoke in the bathroom when we arrived and in the night the air ventilation sent smoke into our room. Very small bathroom and unreasonably expensive for what we got in the end (nit what was advertised). Worst night in Valencia! Staff was nice and they communicated but no correction of the room situation was even considered. They did let us check-in a bit earlier (was 3PM, promised 1PM and we got in at 2PM). We are thankful it was only 1 night, never again

5 m2 room Unadjustable air condition You can hear all the neighbours We were two persons. We asked for the second blanket. Nobody brought one. No wardrobe. No shelves. No 50 cent worth ikea hooks.

Barely slept due to all the noise and broken AC

Location was great!

The soundproofing was so bad I could hear every single word of all neighbors conversations, as well as their snoring. The walls aren't finished to the ceiling, so there's a gap. The sound from the street was also quite loud. The first night the air-conditioning was so cold I ended up sleeping in a jumper, leggings and socks and still freezing. You can't control the AC yourself. The second night, the AC was completely off.

1- the checkin time ! 2- they didn’t answer us, (what’s app, calling and booking). 3- cold water, dirty floor, no garbage in the toilette, no enough towels, no hair dryer !!! 4- the rooms are very close you can hear all the noises near by.

Air conditioning doesn't work, not worth the price

Location

This is a total scam. Not worth the price you pay. Air conditioning did not work. Contacted the manager, he said he would look into it, obviously never did. The room was clearly over 30C and no way to control air conditioning. He claimed it was working, unless he considers 30C cool, I would say it was not working. Opening the window wasn't an option because it was 32C outside. Even had times when the hot air conditioning would stop blowing so there was no airflow at all! Sleeping was impossible! The bathroom is tiny with an unusable sink. You can hear everyone and everything. Complete rip off!

Posizione centrale. Self check-in. Ingresso tramite codici che non richiedo l'utilizzo di chiavi. Prezzo contenuto e bagno privato, non scontato a Valencia.

Assistenza e comunicazione da parte dell'host completamente assente. Nonostante le domande fatte sia su Booking che si WhatsApp non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Ho provato anche a chiamare più volte ma il telefono risultava spento. Struttura vecchia con pareti di cartongesso che dividono le stanze. Si sente tutto quello che succede nelle stanze vicine. Non si riesce ad avere privacy e si dorme a fatica sentendo tutti i rumori. Ci hanno fornito gli asciugamani solo per una persona anche se la prenotazione era per due e, non avendo modo di contattare nessuno, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Pulizia dell'ambiente molto discutibile: la tenda che oscurava le finestre era sporca e piena di macchie,, anche la doccia non era pulita. Il lavandino era così piccolo da non riuscire nemmeno a lavarsi il viso. Nessun punto di appoggio se non una piccola mensola e una sedia

Telefono de contacto apagado siempre, no envían código hasta las 15, por lo q la incertidumbre es anguatiosa¡ La temperatura habitación es de 40 grados sin posibilidad de regalarla. El lavavo demasiado alto, mido 1,60 y ni de puntillas, cisterna estropeada y hemos tenido q ir abriendo en cada uso, la llave de paso¡ No han contestado por ningún medio¡ Deberían hacer algo al respecto, nos sentimos totalmente enhañados

Quarto minimamente pequeno, sem espaço para por as malas; Chuveiro do WC sem porta, do qual o chão ficava todo molhado - sem troca de toalhas, mas fazia a cama todos os dias; Sonorização PÉSSIMA! Ouvia se tudo na rua e entre quartos, tivemos que comprar tampões para conseguirmos dormir.

No cumplía las expectativas para nada, y mienten en la mayoría de sus servicios.

Nada. Tiene servicios que no cumplen para nada las expectativas, o que ni siquiera son ciertos. La bañera hidromasaje ni la pudimos usar a pesar de que pagamos más por ella, ya que no había agua caliente. La ventana da a un patio interior, el cual era muy ruidoso, ya que escuchas hasta las tuberías de las otras habitaciones. El sistema de aire o calefacción era por una ranura y no se podía controlar, hacía muchísimo calor y era muy seco el ambiente. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana y por culpa del ruido no dormimos. La insonorización brilla por su ausencia. ¡Se escucha absolutamente todo de todos lados! Una auténtica decepción. Y a pesar de intentar contactar con ellos, seguimos sin respuesta.

Ubicación muy buena

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escuchan incluso conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado en un tono normal (ni siquiera alto). Y no solo se escuchan conversaciones; hay personas que lo usan para asuntos sexuales y es desagradable intentar descansar y dormir escuchando toda la noche esos ruidos. En nuestro caso no pudimos dormir ninguna de las dos noches que estuvimos. Escribí al personal del hotel dando parte de ello y no recibí ningún tipo de respuesta

Se oye absolutamente todo de las habitaciones de los lados, no está insonorizado. El baño (ducha) no tenía puerta por lo que se empapaba todo el suelo.

Todo ha sido un desastre y no tengo nada positivo para este alojamiento

No hay calefacción y la ventana no cierra por la parte de arriba y la persiana no baja, es como dormir en la calle, mucho frío y a parte mucho ruido, llamamos al alojamiento más de 30 veces y no nos contestaban y dicen que tenían activo el desvío de llamadas, al día siguiente intentamos volver a hablar con ellos porque seguía haciendo frío y ya no contestaron. Booking tampoco pudo contactar con ellos

Servicio pésimo, ni cogieron el teléfono ni atendieron a los mensajes. Habitación fatal construida, las persianas rotas y entraba el frío dentro de la habitación, sin climatizador o calefacción, daba la sensación que era una terraza reconvertida en habitación, con los grifos al revés, la iluminación torcida, no funcionaba la televisión, nueva pero sin instalar ni conexión, y no había armarios ni la posibilidad de pedir edredones o ropa de frío. Esa noche en Valencia hizo ola de frío, y la habitación congelada.

I muri sono davvero sottili si sentiva qualsiasi cosa, devi sperare che i vicini non siano rumorosi. La stanza è piccola perfetta per chi fa 4 giorni circa con lo zainetto / valigia piccola. Non adatto per soggiorni lunghi
