Great location, up to 5 people, heart of the city!

The location was excellent, and the property itself was very spacious. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward, with clear instructions and no issues at all. The owner was also extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

As the property is located right in the heart of the city centre, there can be some noise from the street outside. This is to be expected given the central location and is unfortunately beyond anyone’s control.

Cucarachas de compañía

La ubicación

Había cucarachas, la limpieza de los cacharros de cocina era nulo y sumamente sucio, con moho y en mal estado la cafetera. Faltaban cubiertos. La puerta de nuestro baño tenía el cerrojo roto y a veces nos quedabamos encerradas, tampoco abría o cerraba bien. La de entrada tenías que abrirla con fuerza bruta porque estaba atascada siempre. Nos quedamos sin papel del baño al segundo día. El aire acondicionado estaba roto y no funcionaba, por suerte no fuimos en pleno agosto, sino lo habríamos pasado muy mal. No obstante, pasamos calor en algunos momentos. La mampara de la ducha parecía suelta y no quisimos tocarla mucho para que no se cayera.

La posizione assolutamente fantastica, strumenti essenziali presenti. Il rapporto tra prezzo e posizione non è male. Check-in a distanza molto comodo. Appartamento grande. Assolutamente fantastiche la lavasciuga e la lavastoviglie.

Le ripide rampe di scale inaspettate e non comode. Pochi asciugamani a disposizione. Non una bottiglietta d'acqua, né qualche capsula per il caffè, né detersivo per la lavatrice presente. Pulizia decisamente da migliorare. Il condizionatore non funziona adeguatamente.

Valencia e dove mangiare la paella ?

Siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi di 7 e 12 anni, abbiamo soggiornato dall' 8 all'11 Giugno 2025. La posizione è fantastica per visitare Valencia, l'appartamento è praticamente di fronte alla Lonja de la seda e nei pressi del Mercado Central. In zona ci sono diversi servizi, dai deposito bagagli, affitto biciclette, bar e ristoranti.

In altre recensioni avevo letto che la pulizia dell'appartamento poteva essere migliorata, noi effettivamente lo abbiamo trovato sporco sia per quanto riguarda le lenzuola che la cucina. Devo dire che Javier, a fronte delle nostre rimostranze, è intervenuto rapidamente per ripulirlo, rimane il disappunto che essendo il check in alle 16, c'era tutto il tempo per prepararlo prima. Essendo in pieno centro, di notte si sente molto vociare e rumori vari. Noi abbiamo occupato l'appartamento al 2° piano, le scale sono tante e ripide, per qualcuno potrebbero risultare faticose. Noi non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, però sarebbe opportuno integrarla con più accessori.

Perfetto per un breve soggiorno a Valencia

L'appartamento era esattamente come lo abbiamo visto in foto. Pulitissimo. Gli host molto disponibili (hanno accontentato tutte le nostre richieste sugli orari del check-in e del check-out).

Un consiglio per rendere perfetto l'appartamento: la cucina è attrezzata al minimo essenziale (ad esempio per la colazione abbiamo usato i bicchieri dell'acqua, non essendoci tazze). Sarebbe veramente complicato preparare un pasto.. Con un piccolo sforzo si può migliorare l'attrezzatura disponibile in cucina e renderla pienamente utilizzabile.

Buena localización y buen servicio

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, se encuentra en todo el centro y es muy cómodo recorrer la ciudad a pie desde él. Todo estaba muy limpio, y aunque el apartamento era para dormir y poco más (las camas están en mitad del apartamento), se nos hizo muy cómodo para pasar las fallas

Lo peor del alojamiento era que, aunque el alojamiento era para 5 personas, el termo eléctrico era muy pequeño y solo podían ducharse con agua caliente dos personas consecutivamente.
