All the staff were very friendly and heloful. The location was fantastic with everything nearby and an easy walk from the metro. Rooftop was small but lovely to sit out on. Breakfast from 7 - 11 very nice and relaxed. The only small thing was noise from people talking in the street late but I think this would happen anywhere.

We were welcomed and helped from the moment we arrived by the courteous staff. We were upgraded to a room with a ginormous bed. Bit too big for the room, really, but not a problem. One or two minor things weren’t in top condition, like the tissue dispenser in the bathroom and the dodgy plug. BUT, everything else was super. Clean, fresh, modern, quiet, just the right temperature. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel with freshly made yogurt, pastries and smoothies alongside scrambled eggs, bacon etc. The location was perfect and it was great that we could leave our bags on the checkout day while we explored. It’s always hard when looking for hotels, as you never really know what they’re like until you get there, but we were very happy with our experience at the Vincci Mercat and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel with super friendly & helpful night staff. We booked last minute ie 10.45pm for that night. Flight delays etc meant we couldn’t continue our journey as planned. The room was lovely comfortable & clean with everything you need. Lovely terrace with a small pool but a great space. We stay in València quite often & will definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel was in an awesome location! Very close to the central market and walking distance to the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping on the doorstep. They also have parking underneath the hotel and a rooftop bar and pool. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Very nice stay, a stone's throw away from the Central market. Location is perfect to visit Valencia city center, our room was spacious enough (standard double) and a cute little balcony. Front desk staff was very friendly :) The pool is nice too and as shown in the photos.

I was placed in a handicap room. The room itself was beautiful, but the toilet was incredibly difficult to use for a young healthy person and the shower was very odd the water from shower went into the entire room very odd design in bathroom sink was also oddly shallow and difficult to use. Great hotel, in great location. They assisted us with an early check. Ron was lovely , big bed , spacious bathroom. But! At night there was a vibrating sound in the bedroom. It unfortunately kept me awake, most of the night. No street noise.

Theresa from the receptionist desk was very friendly when we checked in. She learned that it was our wedding anniversary trip and I’m guessing because of that our room got upgraded. We truly appreciate the message for our anniversary that was written on the mirror of the bathroom when we came in the room. It was so unexpected, a pleasant surprise. Very sweet gesture. Thank you so much! Hotel is very clean, convenient & the rate is very reasonable for its great location.

I transferred mid trip to this hotel in València city center. It was a great choice. The location a block from the central market, the service in the bar and front desk, the room were all outstanding. The roof top was cute, but I didn’t use it because of the weather. The bathtub might have been my favorite part! You could sit with the rainfall on you while filling the tub at the same time. I highly recommend!

I booked two rooms, one for me and the other for my friend. My room was great and I loved the muted gray simplicity. My friends room smelled like sewer gases were emanating from the shower drain so they kept the bathroom door closed and the windows open. There is a lot of noise at night on the street fyi, bit the location and the staff are worth staying there for.
