Excellent accommodation, with an outstanding location right next to the Merkat Central. The staff were great, helpful, and we always came back to clean bedding and a tidy room. They have reception, which was really helpful. Highly recommended for a 2–3 night stay!

Great location!

Excellent location, only a few minutes from the market and walking distance to everything in the old town. Renewed rooms, clean and comfortables.

It can be quite noisy at night but because of the centro location, not a reason to go to another place.

The facilities are quite dated, and the pillow was very uncomfy. The shower leaked and there were few amenities. However, this is advertised as a 1-star hotel and for that it did well.

It was close to everywhere,you can see everything while walking around.There are great restorant,bars.If you take the bus which lasts 45 minutes you can also go to the beaches.

Great location

This place is quite close from everything, especially the central market. What we did was after our arrival at 9:00 by Iryo is walking to the market for breakfast. After that we visited the church and La Lonja, and checked in at 12:00! We only had two days in Valencia, so staying at this hotel was a perfect choice! We were able to make the most of our time. The room was very clean, and quite at night! The reception people were very helpful too. I highly recommend:))

Convenient stay in the city center

The location is perfect. Near to everything in the old town. Including the bus station to the airport. They offer 1.5l mineral water for 1€ at the reception-very convenient.

Our window was with view to inner yard full of air-conditions.

Very good value for the money in the heart of Valencia

Right in the center of Valencia, next to plaza del Mercado, very clean, in a nice building, the triple room was very comfortable and in order. A very good option for 1-2 nights on a budget.

The photos did not match what was advertised here, was very small bad smell to it someone tried to open our door early hours of the morning and also had to leave your room key at reception if you left the building overall very disappointing

Location is good.

Cost is high. No lift service and very hard to take luggage to upstairs. Reception desk staff should speak or have atleast basic English knowledge to communicate with International travellers. When called the reception staff, line dsconnected after saying no English.

The first room we were given, the aircon/heating wasn't working, given another room but was very noisy, the 3rd one was good but the walls are very thin plasterboard and you can hear people snoring, one night was an argument in the hallway in the middle of the night, 3rd floor nol lift

I had a comfortable stay in a clean room and friendly, helpful staff.

Location could not be better - not only mere minutes walking to the most treasures of the old town, but also facing the wonderful, covered fresh produce market, built in the Art Nouveau style. It gave me the opportunity to eat fresh fruit, bread and more every day. The bed mattress was very comfortable and every amenity worked seamlessly: air condition, wi-fi, tv, hot water and very useful 1.5 litre bottles chilled in the cooler and available for one euro. I’ve read some reviews, that wi-fi works poorly, but if it malfunctions momentarily, all you need to do is to go to the Settings and change it to one of the 4 other addresses provided. The owner of the hotel had no problem with me occupying his phone for one hour, when I needed a land-line in an emergency situation. All staff was also very helpful and nice.

The only thing I did not like was the window facing a well-like inner courtyard, which necessitated the use of artificial light during the day. That was clear in the description during booking and I’ve made a conscious choice to save money ,so I shouldn’t complain. The hotel has other rooms with balconies facing the plaza and the old town. It’s a basic, small hotel, so when comparing it to the other hotels of this type, that I stayed in, it comes up as a winner.

You get one big, fat, long (2m) pillow for the double bed. So you're sharing a huge pillow with your partner, if one of you wants to sleep without a pillow you can forget sleeping for the night...

The location is best right in the middle of most places you would visit. You can cover them walking around, also very close to (10 mins walk) Nord station

The staircase are steep and there is no lift, each floor is almost like 2 floors high. so can be painful if you have luggage. Though the staff was helpful to carry it from first floor reception.
