Great location, below average comfort and service.
Great location in the old city,
Hotel and room is nice, but beds are not so comfortable in the room. Room temparature is impossible to control with the thermostat, constant 25+ degrees even if thermostat is set to 19 or 20 (or turned off). Waking up because of a fire alarm early morning is also not a great holiday experience, with hotel staff being ignorant about it (no excuse etc). Breakfast is very basic, but is OK.

Tiene una excelente ubicación y un lavado de cara bonito (ya que reforma no se puede llamar)
El PERSONA DE RECEPCIÓN VERGONZOSO!!! No le digas un problema ya que no te ayudan en nada y si llamas para preguntar si pueden ayudarte con un problema después de tu salida hasta te cuelgan el teléfono insultándote (mañana del 6.1.26 nose el nombre de la persona pero es ese turno)
NADA INSONORIZADO, escuchas hasta el pipí del vecino de habitación y toooodo en la calle, LAMENTABLE PARA EL PRECIO QUE PAGAS

La ubicación del hotel excelente
Llegamos a valencia por la mañana sobre las 10 horas. Estuvimos toda la mañana haciendo turismo por el centro de Valencia, y a las 14 horas fuimos al Hotel a ver si podíamos hacer el CHEK IN, Y NOS DIJERON QUE ERA IMPOSIBLE HASTA LAS 15 HORAS. La verdad nos resultó bastante incómodo no poder acceder a la habitación antes de salir a comer, y al final hicimos el CHEK IN a las 19 horas....

Das Hotel besticht durch einer super Lage zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind perfekt für einen Trip ausgestattet, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Personal ebenfalls top.

Gostava que aquilo de que não gostei não se voltasse a repetir com nenhum cliente do Hotel.
Gostei de tudo, menos do que relato na pergunta seguinte.
Acordei às duas horas da manhã do dia 1 de novembro, por causa do ruído que uns indivíduos que montaram um bazar / banca de venda de artigos alusivos ao Halloween, do lado oposto ao da entrada do Hotel, diante da porta de acesso do mesmo e da varanda do quarto onde me encontrava hospedado, no 1º andar, fizeram , ao ponto de eu ter acordado a essa hora da noite e ter estranhado como é que ninguém responsável pelo Hotel diligenciou junto das autoridades policiais, de modo a assegurar o direito enalienável ao descanso dos seus clientes.
Antes de sair do Hotel durante a manhã di dia 1, solicitei na Receção, o favor de me acordarem às 1.50 horas do dia seguinte e de providenciarem um taxi à porta do Hotel, às 3.10 horas da manhã, para levar-me ao aeroporto de Valência. Chamei à atenção do recepcionista para o facto de eu não poder perder o avião de regresso a Portugal, e alertei-o para frisar ao colega da receção que viesse realizar o turno da noite, para a importância de não falhar na hora de me acordarem e de providenciarem atempadamente um taxi para o horário que eu indiquei.
Quando cheguei ao Hotel, após o jantar, voltei a frisar na Receção a importância de não falharem na hora de me despertarem, assim como na chamada do táxi para a hora que eu indiquei.
Contudo, tal não aconteceu!
Não me chamaram na hora indicada. Só o fizeram após a algum tempo depois de chegada da hora prevista para a chegada do taxi (3. 10 horas).
Tive que abandonar o Hotel em tempo recorde, sair a correr para o taxi, sem ter-me duchado, nem preparado convenientemente para várias horas de viagem, até chegar à cidade do Porto, em Portugal.
Não tinha feito check-in e, por isso, era prudente estar no aeroporto de Valência , pelo menos, às 3.50 horas da manhã.
Acordaram-me muito mais tarde e quando entrei no taxi, o taxista informou-me que já se encontrava há 30 minutos à minha espera.
Felizmente, não perdi o voo de regresso a Portugal, mas vivi uma situação muito desconfortável.

Ottima esperienza. Una stanza allestita per tre persone molto bella e spaziosa ma soprattutto pulitissima. Bagno grande nuovo e pulito.

Emplacement au top, peu mieux faire sur l’accueil
Petit déjeuner type « industriel » sans intérêt. Personne à l’accueil pas sympa du tout. Nous avions demandé et cela avait été validé une chambre à 2 lits et nous ne l’avons pas eu. Ils l’ont aménagée seulement pour la deuxième nuit.
Chambre agréable, propre, (quelques moutons sous le lit), spacieuse, machine à café.
L’emplacement est top!
Personnel pas sympa et peu enclin à rendre service
