Vincci Mercat is a well-located hotel within walking distance of the train station, Central Market, and various dining options. The area is lively, with a children’s play area and restaurants nearby, which can contribute to some noise in front-facing rooms.
Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with good storage, a minibar fridge, and a safe. Bathrooms, while functional, can feel compact. Some areas of the hotel show minor wear, such as scuffed walls and aging grout. Soundproofing is limited, and noise from hallways and neighboring rooms can be noticeable.
Amenities include a rooftop pool and bar, a stylish lobby, and fast WiFi, though the network is unsecured. Housekeeping is generally good but could be more attentive to detail. The front desk staff are friendly and professional.
Overall, the hotel offers good value, especially in the low season, and provides a comfortable stay with room for improvement in maintenance, housekeeping, and noise insulation.

I hate hotels when they don’t even bother to provide complimentary water. They don’t even provide a power adapter/convertor but want to sell it at 10Euro. That is just unacceptable for me.
