We had a wonderful stay in Valencia with my family and truly enjoyed our experience at this apartment. The location was excellent — we were able to walk everywhere easily and explore the city comfortably.
The service was outstanding from the very beginning. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since we arrived early, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was already very helpful. Additionally, I needed to keep some medication refrigerated, and as soon as she learned about it, she kindly placed it in a refrigerator for us while our bags were being stored. That level of attentiveness and care was deeply appreciated.
When we finally checked into the apartment, it was such a pleasure to walk in. The apartment smelled beautifully clean, everything was spotless, very comfortable, modern, and clearly very well maintained. We also had the unexpected joy of enjoying a spectacular view from the balcony of a parade happening right outside the building, which made our stay even more memorable and special.
The only small suggestion I could offer would perhaps be to include a washer/dryer to make longer stays even more convenient. That said, we simply hung our clothes to dry and, thanks to the heating, everything dried perfectly without any inconvenience.
Thank you for such a pleasant stay and for contributing to the wonderful memories we are now taking with us from Valencia.

That is a wonderful place. The staff is very polite and friendly they can help you anytime. The location is in the old town which is an excellent place.

This place is everything it promised to be. We LOVED our stay. Check in was friendly and efficient. They are all super nice and helpful. The location is perfect The room was comfortable and spacious. IF we have any suggestions, it would be to make the washer with dryer function. Other than that, the stay was perfect.
