In general it’s not so bad but it’s a bit over priced for what you’re getting

Beds were comfy and was generally quite clean.

The bathrooms were a bit neglected. There was quite an unpleasant smell in the apartment and it wasn’t clear where it was coming from.

Okay location, good for the price. Some odd circumstances.

Bed was comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked.

The code for our door was the same to get into the main door that everyone knew, so it didn’t feel very secure knowing everyone else may have the same door code. We had to manually assemble the air conditioning. The common areas weren’t cleaned very often.

The location is very good, the room is good size with double bed. The room is clean and freshly painted. The kitchen is big and have all amenities. Will book it again.

the bathroom is weird!! It was a struggle to use the toilet seat as it's been squeezed between the shower glass and the sink. Maybe because I'm too tall. 😂

i saw one cockroach once in the hallway downstairs. However, i never saw one in the appartment. and valencia has a lot of them in the streets so i guess it was just bad luck

The bed.

I am really sorry to say that our stay was completely spoilt by this room. The pictures are really nice but we found it dirty with hair inside the wardrobe and the air conditioning it is not a proper one. I also have ti mention that the shower was broken and it created a completely mess every time.

The bathroom cleaning because the guests take a shower and leave everything wet in the night, I had to mop the floor to not slip.

If you want to see the city and be close to the centre then it is a very good location, all the sightseeings and places to eat are in a walking distance, also the metro is close. For the beach it would take 30-40 minutes with transportation. Room was nice and clean, it can be noisy because of the other people, bathroom and kitchen were also clean and no big problems arised. Self check-in is very easy. With the room towels and toilet paper is provided, no room cleaning during your stay. Overall it is a nice place and in the centre, if you do not want anything luxorious then it is suitable for you.

The only thing I will say about this property was the Central location.

This property were I paid €520 for 4 nights was a con . There was people coming and going all hours of the morning there was loud music playing all hours. I was later informed it was a brothel ,I was officially staying until Monday 20th March I could not stay another 1 hour and left this dam property early Sunday 19th March. There was dirt in the bathrooms, the kitchen was also dirty ,the bed was broken and full of bed bugs . It must be the worst place I have ever stayed at . Totally Unbelievable.

Covers for the duvets missing! I find it disgusting to have an uncovered duvet above the blanket, you can't avoid touching it and neither could the guest before you. "Kettle / coffee machine in room" is inaccurate in description - but there is a shared kitchen.

Some issues with the wifi; no carpet outside the shower (I found it the first few days than it was removed); the duvet cover has yellow stains on it, very disgusting; only one roll of toilet paper for the entire staying (I did 10 nights and I only got 1, just like a person that makes 1 night (complete nosense); the wash machine has a bad smell (it should be deeply cleaned, there are stains of mold all around the pvc garnish); the cloth in the kitchen was just one for all the people and it was changed only after 1 week; the kitchen surface and the table could be changed or renewed.

Without the proper air-conditioner, it was very hot and noisy to stay.

I liked the size and the deco of the room and the selection to watch on the TV was good. The check-in was very easy online and the lady call, Veronica sent me the information quick and very helpful when I ask about the internet connection. Also, the property was very clean everyday. The kitchen was very usable. It was nice to have the fridge. The location was very convenient to walk to the old town, to the Botanical garden and to the central commercial etc..

I chose this specific room with the air-conditioning, but the portable air-conditioning was not enough to cool the whole room and it became very hot and not comfortable to sleep, nor stay in the room for long hours. It is right next to the big road and it became very noisy.

We loved it here, it was perfect.

Everything was perfect. We arrived early to Valencia and asked if we can leave our luggage at the hotel. They offered to check in earlier. It was an automatic check in, pretty easy. The room was spacious, light, had a fan and conditionier. Shared bathroom was very clean. Most definitely will come back to this hotel when visiting Valencia again.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was amazing.
