Lovely stay in heart of town!

All the reviews speak for themselves. We were welcomed very warmly. The room is located in the heart of the old town in a very old building but with a very modern and nice bathroom. Everything was perfect. Very clean, good communication, and everything that we could need was available.

City break in Old Town Valencia

It was a lovely small, friendly, spotlessly clean hotel on the 1st floor of an old building in the old part of the city. It suited us perfectly as we really only sleep in a room on a city break.

Nothing really except if you like to chill out with a bit of TV there isn't one in the room. We didn't mind.

Big bathrooms, central location, friendly staff

Property staff was very friendly and quick to answer WhatsApp messages. Central location walking distance to all sites. The bathrooms are very big for Europe and are clearly newly renovated. Housekeeping comes daily and beach towels are available to use which was a great touch.

I wish breakfast was included- it was hard to find breakfast places open before 8am.

We liked everything about the property. The owner and staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Loved how we could always reach out through WhatsApp for tips! The location is perfect in the old centre or Valencia close to many things on our trip list. The rooms are very comfortable and clean! We will definitely book again and recommend the hotel to anyone.

It was a perfect stay

The room we booked was rather large, as well as the bathroom. The owners were super friendly and helped us with all the questions we had. The location was perfect, nicely in the old city center and at the same time is was quiet during the night. Highly recommended

Fabulous 4 night stay in the Old Town ❤️

Location is amazing - on the doorsteps of the old town and everything it has to offer. Room was spotless and very pretty - bathroom was huge with fantastic walk in shower and toiletries provided. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! There is an honesty bar and free tea and coffee as the place is not manned 24/7. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Valencia now! Thank you all for a fantastic stay. 😊🙌🏻 Additionally: The room was so quiet even though you are moments away from the lively old town Felt very safe in this area and walking back in the evening Staff were full of helpful tips and great restaurant recommendations AC was brilliant and quiet (and definitely needed in peak summer time) Water pressure fantastic Bed, pillows and bed linen very high quality and very comfortable

You mentioned offering a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, but the reality was very different. At 15:36, your staff informed us we had only 5 minutes to leave the room—even after we explained that our two small children were sleeping. This was neither respectful nor considerate, especially for a family traveling with young kids. The room was still showing as available on Booking.com, so the urgency and treatment felt unjustified and unprofessional. As for the baby cot, we never claimed it was an issue, but it’s worth noting that in every hotel we’ve stayed at—including higher and lower-rated ones—providing a cot for a toddler (2.5 years old) has always been standard and free of charge. This is not an exceptional service but a basic courtesy for families. We are disappointed by the tone and assumptions made in your reply, especially regarding how you handled communication and our concerns during the stay. Instead of taking responsibility or showing empathy, your message shifts blame and misrepresents the situation. We believe feedback should be a two-way street, and just as you’ve shared your perspective, we wanted to make sure ours is also heard and accurately represented. We wish you the best going forward and hope our experience helps improve how families are treated in the future.

While I appreciate that the staff didn’t charge me for a late check-out, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. I was informed with only five minutes’ notice that I had to vacate the room — while my children were still sleeping. There was no proper communication or consideration for our situation. The lack of empathy and rushed approach left me feeling stressed and unwelcome. Hospitality is not just about rules and bookings — it’s also about respecting your guests, especially families. This experience was far from that.

Perfect find for a few days in Valencia!

Absolutely stunning little hotel in the perfect location. The room was lovely, and super comfortable. Everything you could need was provided, with complimentary drinks in the fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Honesty bar was a lovely idea too.

The location is in the heart of the center. Daniel, the owner was very helpful and nice. They have an honesty bar, where you could get anything you want and leave the money, which I thought was a very nice addition. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was amazing.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Highly recommend. The owners will go out of their way to help with anything. Recently refurbished by the new owners and what a job they have done - room was really beautiful, great decor, comfy bed. Also, brilliant location in the centre of the old town but set back from the Main Street, so actually very peaceful location too. I loved it and so will you.

Amazing

Wow a lovely new hotel at a great location!! What a beautiful and spacious room, way bigger than we expected for hotel located so well in the city center. We had a good night sleep in a big and comfortable bed! The room (with a beautiful floor <3) has a nice and clean, spacious ensuite bathroom. We have visited Valencia quite a few times and this will absolutely be our new favorite place stay! Thanks so much!!
