Supper convenient and comfortable for families

The apartment is really in the centre of the city. It is six-seven minutes walking from most things you would need to see in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment can't be reached by a car or a taxi. The street looks a bit shabby on google street view, but in reality it is OK and it feels safe. It is quiet. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with big beds and the kitchen is well equipped (although we only needed coffee maker - there is a moka pot). There is a funny bar on the street across the apartment.

The apartment needs a bit of a paint. That's all. That's why I gave four stars for comfort - the ambiance is hurt by the scratches on the walls.

The aircon in 1 bedroom made some vibration noise once activated in middle of night which woke me up. The 2nd night, we switched off aircon.

Central, modern and cosy

Excellent location, very spacious, self checkin with code, confortable beds

A coffee machine with capsules would be great, also there was no sugar, salt, tea or coffee - not mandatory, but nice to have for such a great apartment.

Ufortunatley its very hard to find. I got a traffic ticket for trying to find the flat , needs a detailed map to find it. Lots of time wasted trying to find it. its much easier to drop off at the city gates TORRES DE SERRANO its a 400 meter walk from there.Not much help from the management regards location and the time wasted uploading personal details which is unessary and sould be able to do it manualy no via a link. I wont be staying there again absolutly no personal touch from the hosts.

Perfect location but awful noise

The location is perfect and the rooms are spacious.

The sofa bed from the ground floor needs to be removed. Younger coming out of night club in the early morning setting and listening to loud music via tv or their mobile phone on the ground floor. We were in apt 1.1but above us people were smoking. Couldn't leave the windows open, and talking so loud like being in a pub try to have a conversation. Very disappointed otherwise the location is perfect. The flat should be rented out to families instead young irresponsible and disrespectful. The issue is not with the flat but the people renting it. That our bad experience with the noise level and gathering people. Seems to me more people were gaining access.

It was not worth what I paid.

The location was good, tucked in the center of the old town.

The room was on ground floor and had no windows that could be opened. This should have been mentioned to the guest before the booking was made. It was a surprising downside that there was no sunlight available due to the windows being locked. There was also a cockroach that greeted us when we arrived. It was not a good start and cast concerns on the cleanliness of the place. EDIT: instead of asking what can be done better, the property owner decided that they did not like my review and wanted to call it out as a lie. I have attached the screenshot of my correspondence with the owner, who said they will report my review as a fake one. No integrity whatsoever - very disappointed!

Exceptional

Great location, clean and extremely comfortable. The flat is fully climatised, with a panel that allows you to adjust the temperature in each room. Access to the apartment is very easy. The apartment itself is really well- equipped. Rooms are spacious and bright, with our windows overlooking the old town. All in all, a great experience for me and my family.

It is a Perfect flat. Very spacious è ideal for a family or for friends group. Everything is Perfect.. Bed matress, Bath room and Kitchen. Position is very Central. But at same time is quiet and no disturbance the nigth. Pablo and his staff is very help ful

How clean and private it was.

I like it all! I would just add mirror inside the bedrooms. the only mirror in the flat was in the bathroom. we were 5 girls so extra mirrors were needed to free up to bathroom.

Frictionless, clean, ideally located

The system with a door code worked very well. Everything was perfectly clean. Shower was perfect, both pressure and heating. Towels, sheets and bed were very soft. Location was ideal, because it was right in the center but a bit off the main street, so no noise.

Immaculately clean, excellent location, beds incredibly comfortable, plenty of storage and space, great communication prior to arrival and when there.

I really recommend this property, but if I had to find improvements it would be to add a kettle in the kitchen, and a mirror in the bedroom as there is only one in the bathroom.

Perfect location close to everything in the city center. Very clean, no odours nor insects. Pretty quiet so we slept well. Confy beds. The apartment is well-equipped.

We had an early flight so we didn’t catch much sleep. The check-in hour is 3 pm so we walked around all morning. When we entered the apartment there were 13.8 degrees. Beds were impossible cold as well. We had a conversation on Whatsapp with the host and he/she guided us to heat the apartment. At some point I expressed the opinion that we were expecting a warm environment but the answer was and I quote: “Miss. You have to understand we are touristic apartments. We can’t put the heat all day. … Not all the guests want the same temperature”. And I thought what if I had two small kids with me? At 13.8 degrees with ice-cold beds. It took about 2 hours to get to 20-21 degrees and the beds were still cold. I am a frequent traveler and it was for the first time when I entered a cold room. Maybe there will be a solution for the future travelers. In order to get the access codes to the apartment one has to fill in all personal data for each traveler. It takes a lot of time so be prepared with all information. Basically the tourists are doing the reception’s work. But ok like the owner already informed me it’s a touristic apartment…

Location was fantastic. Central old town. Nice unoffensive recently decorated interior. A plethora of interesting historic buildings, restaurants & bars on its doorstep.

Noisy due to the huge bins being emptied daily. Understandable though due to its central location. Ear plugs are needed if you want to sleep uninterrupted.

Bellissima esperienza

L'appartamento e' a 5 minuti dal centro. e' molto spazioso e pulito ed anche bene arredato. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e pensiamo di ritornarci a settembre.

Piccolo appartamento in posizione centrale comoda per girare la città. Non rumorosa. Check in agevole con istruzioni chiare. Contatto con la struttura veloce ed efficace.

Purtroppo l'appartamento era a piano terra, quindi poco luminoso. Scarico del lavandino lento.

Séjour agréable

J'ai aimé la localisation du logement. J'ai aimé le fait d'avoir des accès au logement par code. Le lit 2 places qui est très confortable. Mise à disposition d'une machine à laver, d'une table à repasser et d'un fer pour le linge.

Le canapé lit est vraiment creusé, celui-ci mérite d'être remplacé. Le manque de produits pour se laver et pour faire la vaisselle, contenant très petits. Problème de clé dans notre logement, celle remise n'était apparemment pas la bonne et est restée coincée dans la serrure. Il ne faut utiliser que les codes d'accès si il n'y a pas de panne d'éléctricité. La porte se verrouille seule.

Posizione perfetta in centro città a portata di tutto, silenziosissimo e facilmente raggiungibile anche con Taxi, pulizia buona, dotazione e spazi comodi per 3/4 persone, bagno enorme anche se manca bidet e cieco

Materasso del divano scomodissimo e sfondato, poca luce e aria dato che è al piano terra ed ha un'apertura su un cavedio interno. Ricambio di aria in bagno cieco inesistete di conseguenza molta umidità.

De locatie is echt perfect! Midden in het oude centrum, super mooi en heel erg centraal, super fijn om overal te komen! De kamers zijn fijn, het keukentje, de badkamer, de airco, de bedden alles werkt zo als het moet, top!

Niets, alles was voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding perfect! Het enige was dat we een kleine buiten, waar je eventjes kan zitten, fijn hadden gevonden.

1) dotazione attrezzature di cucina scarsissima 2) punti di appoggio in bagno: molto design poche comodità, manca un cassetto o punti di appoggio per un beauty case, spazzolino, profumo. La superficie intorno al lavandino è sempre bagnata e non permette l'appoggio di oggetti personali.

Consigliatissimo

Appartamento bellissimo nel cuore di Valencia, situato nel caratteristico barrio del Carmen. L’arredamento è curato, moderno e accogliente. Pulito e molto confortevole, perfetto sia per un breve soggiorno che per una permanenza più lunga. La posizione centrale permette di esplorare facilmente la città a piedi. Consigliatissimo!
