I loved how clean and cozy the place was.

A very clean place. I stayed in a room with many people, but it was very comfortable and you couldn’t hear them. The beds were cozy, and the bedding was spotless white.

No ears plug, no good sleep. Dirty toilets, floors and kitchen.

They provide towels without extra charge. Young staffs at reception are trying their best. Kind ones like Duda. She's fab!

No ears plug available. I could not sleep as the person under me was a monter shaking the bed with his snoring. It's dirty floor. My staffs dropped from the bunk bed because there is no little shelve to put a book or water. Under the bed was a disgusting. No chair or table in the room. No space at all. Tiny public area. It's not proportional the amount of guests for the public place in. No place to cook properly as it is expected in a Hostel. Tiny kitchen. It is all tiny. But full of rooms overcrowed. The toilets were always dirty. No regular check. Mainly, early morning. It looks like the cleaner clean that once daily. Like a Hotel. But, it is a packed hostel and need regular/hourly toilet checks. I was ready to do the number 2, I realized no toiket papers anymore. That's neglected. Showers are flooading. Some peoole live in to work as well. Cafe is overpriced too. Go to Ostello Hostel in Italy learning how to be good in hospitality. That's a proper hostel. This place is a money makers delivering low quality of facilities. Left a picture of the ears plug container on the Ostello Hostel on the check in desk in Palermo. It is so simple but it's been said by the staff that the owners do not care about that. No resting sleeping last night, at all. You may even listen the cleaners complaining that is too much work and bad pay so they are no happy working there. Bad working contions.

one of the better hostels in Valencia

Location good, comfy bed, i like the interior. The coffeebar downstairs has the best coffee! Special thanks to the man who works at reception (nightshift), really friendly & helpfull guy.

The cleaning lady took my things that we laying on my bed and no one knew where they were. I’ve recovered some thing but lost a pair of jeans + 2 shirts + a Massage gun….

Centrally located value for money hostel

Quick check-in by very friendly staff. Small room, but with all appliances and tip top clean. Sufficient towels and very quiet at night. Good internet. Value for money.

The view was on backs of houses, but I did not rent the room for the view, so for me no issue.

In the city center! Shared 4 bedroom was good for 1 night. Lockers in the room is a plus. Little light lamp on to of the bed & power plug to charge your phone. All in all, great!

Shower was a little small and a corner inside the shower. For big fellas probably a no go... Probably this way as it was a corner room.

Not the best hostel

Great location, clean and comfortable bed, good kitchen

I stayed in 8-bed female dormitory. The room was very small for 8 people, no table or chair. The bathroom was also small. There was one window which was blocked by lockers and one of the bunk bed. Only person who slept in that bed could open it. The room was hot, no fan, no air with 8 people in. The girl decided to keep the window closed whole night. The light in the bathroom wasn't sufficient, it was quiet dark there. People slept in the common area. Some people shouted and slammed doors in the halls late at night.

Does the job and affordable for few days in Valencia.

Location is good in terms of being walking distance to plazas and cathedrals. Staff was friendly.

Cleanliness could have been better. I mean it is what is when staying in a hostel but wish the washrooms were cleaned more often or people knew how to be cleaner. The sink started to plug and didn’t drain properly. The blanket also had a smell to it like it wasn’t dried fully so it had a damp smell to it.

Perfect location

The room was very clean, confortable, there was all you needed. Probably the cleanest hostel I've ever been to! Amazing location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

At night the streets weren't very quiet, but that's not the hotel's fault. Some guests got confused at night trying to open my room door, it happened two nights in a row. Apart from that nothing negative to say.

Everything was really good overall. The staff was kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. I felt welcomed during my stay, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is also ideal — it’s close to everything, which made it very convenient.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, and there was no bath mat in the bathroom, which caused water to leak into the room. Also, some guests were talking loudly on the phone around midnight, which was disturbing. I believe the staff should kindly remind guests not to bring alcohol into the rooms and to respect quiet hours at night.

Perfect Location and clean stay.

The air condition, even for the private rooms, is controlled by the reception. Sweating during the night because the AC system has issues or waiting 1 hour until the AC starts working was pretty annoying.

Amazing hostel right in the heart of Valencia

The hostel is really amazing. It is right in the center (close to the Cathedral and Serranos Towers), so ypu can get anywhere on foot. The rooms are modernly decorated. Each bed has a socket for charging (plus USB socket), a lamp, a big locker and a curtain for privacy. You also get two towels. The bathroom is inside the room, it's small but very nice and clean and there is a shampoo and soap. The hostel has a kitchen (microwave, usentils) and a coffee shop.

Everything was great, but it would be nice, if the hostel offered some evening programme (like game nights).

Location was absolutely amazing. The property was new and staff were super friendly.

There wasn't respect from other guest in the hostel. There were two woman who turn on lights at 1.30 am and started packing their bags, chatting, etc. I think the hostel should place some signs in the rooms to let people know there is quiet time after 10pm for example (this is mainly to respect other guest sleep).
