Feels like a home but dont forger you are not alone respect the others.

Friendly Personal and quality stayed the same. We are happy to come one more time. It feels like home already after 3 times. Really paying attention to details.

I think owner should think about limiting the overnight stays. Group of people appearing going up and down with elevator, making noises after 23 oclock to catch up with late night sight seeing. Dont forget you are not alone in the building. Some tries to cook yes we had to avecuate on Christmas day because some almost burned the appartment. There was a smoke and terrible fish smell everywhere.

Old City and Oranges outside your Door

The fourth floor room allowed two couples to utilize all the amenities without hindering space. A private patio with a view! Everything needed to entertain and cook (if needed) was available to us. The host at reception was both extremely helpful and engaging. The location made exploring the old city a step outside the door

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We liked the wash machine and dishwasher the most as we traveled with a toddler on the road for 10 days. Plenty of washing capsules were provided as well. It was very kind of the host to provide us a baby cot for free even our kid was over the age limit for about 20 days. It was very convenient to have a pass code for the entrance gate and our room, no need to carry a room card/key.

There was some water stain damage in our bedroom right above our bed. It wasn't pleasant to wake up and see it. But we told the host and it should be fixed right after our departure. Everything else was great!

Amazing apartment and location

Everything was amazing ,it was clean,the location is close to the old city, restaurants,bars everything whitin a few meaters .The apartment has a small kitchen,all you need is in there .The room is quite big,the beds and pillows very confortabile..

The only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from outside.Nothing to do with the hotel or nothing they can do,but on the same street there are a few clubs and the noise is until 4am în the morning ,and is loud ..

Great and modern customer orientated experience

This apartment hotel offers a modern and customer centric service (a rarity these days), check-in is easy and quick, the property modern and clean. Location couldn't be any more central to explore the heart of Valencia and rooms are large with nice modern bathrooms and big comfortable beds. Happy to see such properties and service can still be found in Europe (if you know where to look).

Due to it's central location, some street noises/loud tourists during the night can be heard from the room, but it wasn't to a level that bothered us.

I do not recommend to stay in the hotel

We had a one night stay at this hotel. In the evening we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom of the apartment, which limited us in using bathroom and toilet. We reached out to both hotel directly and Booking customer service and they can do nothing. Hotel was firstly blaming us for opening the windows (which we did not do) and letting the insects in (which we probably in through the ventilation pipe in the bathroom); after that they just said that they have no evidence of the cockroach in the apartment (see attached photos).

Absolutely perfect and we cannot wait to return

The location was incredible, a perfect mix of being within the old town but with easy access links to the park, beach, and other attractions (we walked, but taxis were very easy to navigate around the city!) Even though it was situated on a busy street in the old town, there was no noise, so no sleep disturbances, and the team were accommodating with our flight not landing until very late.

Nothing to share here as we were so thrilled with everything about the place. Probably on the higher end of pricing for accommodation that I would be looking to pay but worth it for the location and quality of the accommodation.

Very well situated in the old town, spacious, luminous, nicely decorated and clean apartment with all comfort, a very good bed, great shower, everything looks new. No key needed, only a security code even for the front door.

Wonderful stay in Valencia.

Very centrally located. Had a washing machine in the room. No dryer, but ask for a dryer rack. Clothes did dry overnight.

Can be noisy at night due to nightlife near the hotel. Bring ear plugs. White noise on your phone.
