I loved everything! This was my 2nd visit and I will come again. The comfort of the bed, quality of linen, excellent shower,AC and everything anyone could need to really enjoy the property. All of the staff are wonderful and so helpful.

Nothing I can think of

We had a very enjoyable stay at Feten Valencia. The apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well located, making it easy to get around and explore Valencia. The bed was particularly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and the shower was excellent with plenty of pressure and hot water. Overall, the apartment provided almost everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we would happily stay here again.

The cooking facilities are very basic. There was no normal-sized oven and the utensils were sparse, which made cooking proper meals difficult. More seriously, the fire-safety arrangements were very concerning. At around 12:30am, the fire alarm sounded and everyone evacuated onto the street. It was a false alarm, but it took around 30 minutes for someone to arrive and switch it off. There was no headcount, no apparent evacuation procedure and nobody checking that everyone was safe. Our apartment was at the back of the building, with the stairs seemingly the only escape route. The only alternative appeared to be an opening leading around 10 metres down into an enclosed pit with no obvious way out. I strongly suggest Feten reviews its fire-safety arrangements and puts a clear emergency procedure in place before there is a real emergency.

Well designed apartments, with many appliances, modern. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable to sleep in. We thank Clara from the reception for her help.

When I made the reservation, and fully paid, I booked a hotel. After that, the accommodation changed and became an apartment. At the end, it didn't affect to our stay. I also checked other comments and tried to ensure the terrase room. And I didn't manage to get it, which affected to our impression. It has to be more transparent, current way is like a lottery and is not enough. For example, if we want a room with terrasse, we would have different price.

We loved the appartment. It was beautiful, spacious, and everything worked impeccably. The shower was amazing in terms of water pressure, the air conditioning was reactive and effective. The bed was absolutely outstanding. We still missed our own but this was the best hotel bed we've ever stayed on. My boyfriend really loved the blanket cover to the extent of us researching it to potentially buy our own. We ended up with some time leftover and we were invited to sit in the cool lounge after collecting our luggage until the time to leave for our bus. This was so kind and saved us from overheating in the very hot sun!
