Very enjoyable, quiet and comfy, worth visiting again

The breakfast was a little limited but the staff were very nice. Location was very good. The hotel was on a quiet street. Overall we had a very good stay in the hotel.

What a great find, a comfortable, very modern and clean hotel bang in the centre of all the gems.

The Metro is sooo easy to use but taxi are readily available if you want to venture somewhere not covered by the Metro.

A beautiful weekend stay in a unique room that’s gives easy access to the centre of the city

A beautiful location and perfect base for my weekend in Valencia. The room was stunning, clean and well presented and the little notes left in the room when it was cleaned added an extra little friendly touch. The area was quiet with very little noise from the street or other occupants so great to get some good rest. If I ever come back to Valencia I know where I’d want to base myself.

Fabulous location in Valencia

The location in the old town is fantastic as it was easy to walk to visit the market, cathedral and museums. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for bars, restaurants and bike hire.

A great hotel in the centre of everything.

We only stayed one night after 2 weeks travelling around southern Spain so just needed a night in the city before heading to the airport. The hotel was well equipped, and very comfortable in a perfect location handy to everything, we even went 50 metres around the corner to a great Italian restaurant for dinner.

Excellent location in historic centre close to sights and restaurants. Characterful building with mod cons. Lovely having the pool on the roof, a coffee machine and great views of city streets.

Patchy wifi, and glass on toilet and shower room doors (which are separate) although tinted was not 100% obsured.

No AC. Double charge my stay.

The location is great! The room is big.

Here's what happened: I booked a family room (with a sofa bed in the living room and a bedroom), but when I arrived that night, the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working. It was summer time and incredibly hot, so the kids couldn't sleep, they had to stay in the living room. The AC in living room worked, but it wasn't cooling them at all. I asked the hotel staff to come up and confirm that the AC in bedroom wasn't working. The staff then asked if I could use the sofa bed in the living room instead. If I did, it would be extra charge! I explained that the room didn't have AC at all and the living room wasn't cool either. I asked the staff to have the manager contact me, but after three or four attempts, no one ever got back. To make matters worse, after I checked out, they double-charged me for the room. I had to give up my lunch and return to the hotel to process the refund. They insisted they didn't know how the double charge happened. I asked the manager to come out, but they said she wasn't there. The staff seemed friendly but were completely unprofessional. Also, my floor seemed to be undergoing renovations; the entire hallway reeked of paint.

Incredibly comfortable beds, modern interiors and very clean. Perfect location in the heart of the old town. Small pool, but nice escape from the heat.

Good location but pool not not open was a big let down

Location was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately the pool was not in use due to maintenance which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel so it did ruin our stay slightly and also paid a higher price for this hotel because of the pool advertised. Also breakfast is not suitable for a family with an infant as the tables are high and the high chairs are not accommodating to sit together so we had to have breakfast separate.

lovely hotel and staff but a touch expensive due to some minor inconveniences

the beds were very comfortable and lovely decor. Fantastic location too! Staff were excellent and very helpful.

The pool is small so you have to book a 1 hour slot to use. It wasn’t a problem getting a slot but also wasn’t ideal as it means you have to plan out your day and is less flexible. We paid the extra for a pool with a hotelbut probably used it less because of this, than we would have usually. Room set up is a little unusual with the toilet, shower and sink all separate. Again, not a problem but didn’t allow for much privacy. Also no coffee making facilities.
