A great location for a stay in Valencia

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. Very good breakfast . Location was perfect for our needs. Walkable to our family who lived close by and close to the old town of Valencia

Beautiful hotel walking distance from the center

Great room, excellent location and helpful staff!

The rooftop terrace has a wonderful view and excellent cocktails, but is missing heaters or even blankets for the colder months. They would also do well to have a restaurant that is open for more than just breakfast.

Comfortable hotel in an ideal location

The location is ideal for exploring the city and the rooftop bar is an added bonus. Our room was large and very comfortable. The shower was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared.

Although the breakfast was very good, ordering everything from a menu, including hot drinks, meant that on busy mornings service was slower and some items forgotten. Personally I would prefer a buffet for cold items and hot drinks, with hot breakfasts made to order.

Excellent hotel in great location

Location was excellent right at the old town, staff went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Only had breakfast second day and we were disappointed we hadn’t used it both days.

Just great for a nice vacation in Valencia

This was a perfect hotel for our city break. Positioned at one of the entries to old town and also next to the bus station that connected us to the modern part of Valencia (including Aquarium and Zoo). The room was very big, with a very nice bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff was just perfect, friendly in all interactions, and always jumping to help. We got greated a personalized handwritten welcome note and 2 delicious chocolate cookies.

For us it did not matter at all but the room had windows to an internal courtyard only. On the plus side, this made the room quieter. Also, the storage space inside the room is a bit strange but enough for two poeple.

Lovely city, lovely hotel.

Breakfast was good, nice options. The location was the best, very close to the old town, all main attractions easily reachable by foot. The room was modern, clean, spacious enough for 2 people. We weren't able to open the windows and it would be nice to get some fresh air. Staff super helpful and nice.

Beds were a bit used and there was a bit of mix up or too long wait for the breakfast. Nothing major and we would stay again.

MYR Puerta Serrano is top tier in Valencia accommodations.

The property is relatively new as the building seems just finished. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and close to everything. The staff is gracious and professional, breakfast is also very good. Plenty of water and clean towels on a daily basis, cleaning staff is also exceptional.

Wonderful City, Beautiful location, friendly staff

Beautiful clean hotel.. modern simple feel. Staff were amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable, would particularly like to name German on reception and Anna at breakfast service.. super efficient, big smile fab service. Breakfast was beautiful and well presented, served by waiter service which was a nice change.

Lack of storage space in the room! We were given 5 hangers between me and my sister (we asked for more and got a further 5) but that was it! It did spoil the look of a fantastic suit to have clothes and shoes dotted around the furniture. Disappointed that the roof top terrance was out of action.. being updated.. the terrace was part of my decision making process when I booked but it was never mentioned before we arrived.. staff did mention a roof top on sister hotel which we tried to access a few times but there was always a reason staff wouldn’t let us use it

Valencian Vacation

The hotel was spotless and the smells gave off relaxation vibes! We could smell the hotel from down the street! The staff were lovely and the complimentary rooftop drink was a nice touch! 🍊🍹

The only thing we'd have wanted improved would be the room cleaning times. Our checkin was 4pm on the dot and while staying there our room wasn't cleaned until around 3-4... the hottest time of day where we'd have liked a bit of shade and a nap.

Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Location!

Beautiful hotel! I stayed in a standard room, the size was perfect! The bathroom was beautifully, so clean with a separate shower and toilet enclosures. Excellent air conditioning too. I really enjoyed my room! It's located within walking distance of all the tourists spots in the Old City, that was a major plus for me!

It's boring. If you decide to stay in the hotel, there isn't much to do but I'd just advise you to step out!! There's a lot to see!

The breakfast is not a buffet; it is excellent and abundant, but repetitive if you stay for more than one night, and coffee could definitely be better (it is unfathomable to me that the hotels continue to underestimate the importance of the good morning coffee for the overall experience; invest 50 cents more on the coffee and you can get away with a lot).

Nice rooms and a good location

Good location, friendly staff. Room was a good size, comfy bed and decent shower. Roof terrace is a bonus.

Only downside was breakfast. Quality was OK and staff happy to oblige but menu was a limited a la carte. Understandable as it was quiet and a buffet would have wasted a lot of food.

This is a beautiful hotel and if we make another visit to Valencia we will definitely stay here again.

We loved the elegant, modern design - clean lines and lots of wood. The location was perfect for our visit to the old town and the Turia Gardens from where we walked to the City of Arts and Sciences. The staff were friendly and efficient. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts here.

The location of the hotel is great for a city trip to Valencia - still in the old city, where a lot of restaurants and sights are easy to reach. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive; the look and feel of the hotel was modern and inviting. Great roof top terrace with stunning views!

Excellent hotel right next to Torres de Serranos

The staff were very nice and helpful right from the start, especially Nacho, welcoming me and giving me a tour, showing poi on a map. Later on, they've left a note in my room to check how i was and a left an energy drink for me when they noticed i went running. The room had a kettle and small muffins every day. The bed was comfy and cleanliness was top. It also had a small balcony with view to the city and the towers. I enjoyed my stay very much and it exceeded my expectations.

The room was a little noisy sometimes, people showring in the other room, people on the hallway talking loud, so bring your own soundproof, i did.

Location ideal, on edge of old town, next to park, near all attractions. Car parking underground (paying) was excellent, highly recommended. Breakfast good, very pleasantly served. Housekeeping was super efficient, very nice staff. Front desk very helpful, assisting with some reservations for us. Choice of pillows really good.

Layout of breakfast menu, it just didn't sit right. On a very personal note, whatever was used on the sheets irritated my eyelids.

Perfect experience

Our stay in Puerta Serranos was perfect! The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, you can walk to old town just within 10min. Also easy to catch a cab. We arrived early in the morning and could check in to have a rest, which was really nice. Staff are all very helpful and warm welcoming. We booked the room because we really love the interior. It turned out the room is not only elegantly designed, but also quite spacious. Breakfast was delicious. On our departure day we had to check out early and could get a take-away breakfast. If we visit Valencia again, we would definitely still stay here!

Very kind and helpful hotel team! They really want to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Great choice of breakfast. Lovely new interior design.

Was quite warm in the room, because of the heating which get warm due to the cold night temperatures outside. Either you use then the aircon or you open the window, so it was ok.
