Risolvete il problema delle tubazioni.

Veramente comoda la posizione di questo appartamento. In pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le maggiori attrattive del centro .

Abbiamo dormito 3 notti. Avevamo delle discrete aspettative, quindi non ci aspettavamo nulla in particolare. Ma dormire con la puzza di fogna è stato terribile . Abbiamo dovuto lasciare le finestre aperte tutto il giorno . E sfortunatamente mio fratello è stato allettato due giorni per febbre quindi stare con la finestra aperta non è stato il massimo . La proprietà è stata gentile nel farci fare un early check in al nostro arrivo.

La localización

Todo el mobiliario era cutre e incómodo (bonito para la foto) El.sofá-cama estaba roto y la señora de la limpieza (no había mas staff) no supo ayudarme a arreglar la situación. Los.códigos de entrada fallaban y tuve miedo de quedarme en la calle.con mis hijos de noche y bajo la.lluvia tuve que molestar a un vecino para que me abriera.

Posizione ottima con locali e supermercati praticamente sotto casa il centro si raggiunge a piedi velocemente. Dietro casa fermata del 95 e 24 che portano alla città delle arti e porta del mar. Ero nell appartamento 4 ben diviso con zona notte divisa da zona giorno nella tv (mancano i canali italiani) ok Wi-Fi piccolo cucinotto con due piastre e microonde comodo per colazione o scaldare cibo. Bagno ampio con bella doccia. Appartamento pulito con staff disponibile su wa. Ci tornerei

Estuvimos a gusto y nos sentimos confortables.

La ubicación, limpieza, confort muy bien, así como la TV y que sea espacioso, plato de ducha incluido.

Algún bote más para la ducha, había 4 muy pequeños para 4 personas y 2 noches. No tiene cocina ni nada para limpiar la mesa que se usa para comer, ni bayeta, ni estropajo, ni paño de cocina. También carece de escoba y recogedor.

Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato e accogliente. ha tutto il necessario per stare qualche giorno. Si trova praticamente in centro, circa 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere le piazze principali.

Difficoltà nel contattare la reception (probabilmente complice la concomitanza con le festività), mancanza di qualche utensile in cucina (per es. C'è il microonde ma non un piatto o una tazza), piccole utilità in bagno ( es. Porta saponetta, prodotti doccia come un piccolo shampoo)

Muy cómodo y moderno pero pésima atención del anfitrión.

Todo moderno y limpio. Buena organización de la habitación.

El qdía comenzó esperando al anfitrión 2 horas que respondiese. Se lo comunicamos a booking y la plataforma procedió a denunciar dicha reserva porque a ellos tampoco les respondía. Cuando les llegó dicha denuncia fue cuando este anfitrión respondió. Una vez pasadas las 2 horas de espera (las cuales perdimos una reserva que teníamos por la espera de este señor). Posteriormente, cuando entramos en el piso uno de ellos solo estaba preparado para 2 personas, faltaban toallas y sábanas. Más tarde, cuando salimos y regresamos la puerta no abría ya que estaba rota. Se lo comunicamos y nos dijo que esperásemos que iba a mandar al tecnico (todavía podemos estar esperándolo). Buenos pisos y limpios pero pésimo trato del anfitrión. Todo no es la presencia en esta vida hay que saber tratar al cliente. No volvería por dicho trato con mis amigos y conmigo.

Alcune mancanze della struttura sono: Far trovare l ambiente freddo senza riscaldamento al nostro arrivo ci sono fornetto e macchinetta per il caffè ma inutilizzabili perché non ci sono stoviglie di nessun genere ......neppure un bicchiere in bagno Il termosifone in bagno non funziona Di positivo la comodità del letto, l' arredo della stanza funzionale , tranquillità del quartiere

L’appartamento era molto bello, moderno e spazioso. La posizione è top ! In centro ma defilato dalla confusione e dal traffico.Il barrio del Carmen è molto caratteristico!

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti . Abbiamo sentito mancanza di una lavatrice e di una vera cucina. Ma lo sapevamo!

alles super sauber, tolle Lage, gemütliches Bett, Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen:)
