It was simple and clean. Everything worked perfectly.

So, there is a glass wall as you step out of the lift to go to the pool. I think it needs a sign on it at it was so clean and clear that I didn’t notice it. I walked straight into it!

Comfortable and perfect location

We really liked the hotel. Big and clean rooms. Very near to tourist attraction. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace. If you want to stay longer than 3 days you may need extra room service but if you need anything extra you can have them in “Essentials Room”. We didn’t have the breakfast option but there are plenty of cafés and restaurants around the hotel.

During nights it can be a bit loud on the street because it is in historic and old city center so there some ear plugs. For me they were ok but if you have problem with earplugs and have really light sleep you may have a problem

Modern comfort steps from Mercat Central

We had a great stay here. The property is very centrally located, just a few blocks from the Mercat Central, making it perfect for exploring the city. The building is brand new, with modern design, spotless rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the services provided were excellent. Amazing location, huge rooms, very clean, comfortable. Easy entry to rooms, nice to not worry about a key. Would stay again - was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go easily and felt safe for solo traveler.

At first had an issue with air conditioning but staff were responsive via WhatsApp and helped fix the problem. you cannot control the temperature but you can control the fan and other settings which was perfectly fine once we got it working properly.

Very awkward vibe

Spacious rooms, excellent design.

There is no service at all. Everything you do is through their website, and if there is anything you would like to ask, change, you do it through their whatsapp bot. Basically, they don't care about their guests once you arrive.

Nice place, comfy, clean and new, however no hotel staff inside

Clean, spacy, comfy and beautiful room. The view of the pool on the third floor is charming, especially later in the day.

No reception or personnel to help you when in need, instead everything needs to go thru a chat bot that's more annoying then helpful, so you can actually reach someone. Baggage lockers were malfunctioning when I arrived. Construction workers are asking for codes to enter the hotel, so they can work, instead of that being regulated without guests being involved. No restaurant inside the hotel, but it's a 3min walk to a cafeteria, that is btw. amazing on its own.

Modern, clean and comfortable stay in the middle of the vibe that is Valencia- take the stress away

Breakfast was good and served with care and attention every time. There are cafes closer rather than across a large ring road, so I would say arrange it with the cafe at the end of p/c del Carmen towards town, but that's a minor point.

The terrace was wonderful- but I discovered it by accident, and had no idea there was a small pool there to wade in. Information on nearest supermarket would be useful for guests.

Camera imensă, modernă, funcțională. Patul mare și foarte confortabil, perne confortabile, presiunea apei la duș excelentă, clima foarte bună și silențioasă - foarte important in sezonul rece. Lenjerie și prosoape curate. Liniște în cameră, pereții bine izolați. checkinul eficient, îmi place acest sistem cu cod, nu mai am grija cheii/cartelei. Locația bună, de la statia Xativa sunt vreo 15 min de mers pe jos. Bărulețe foarte drăguțe cu tapas sau cafea la 2-3 minute de hotel. Cred că celălalt Numa La Xerea este mai bine pozitionat, dar și acesta este ok.

Se vedeau praf sub pat, urme de degete și pahare pe mobilier. Plicuri de ceai rupte, goale puse în locul celor noi.

Nie udało mi się dotrzeć na żadne śniadanie, nie było informacji że jest ono poza hotelem w jakieś kawiarni podczas bookowania przez waszą stronę. Jeżeli mam bookować sniadanie poza hotelem to mija się to z celem. Po dotarciu do kawiarni nie było nawet miejsca żeby w niej usiąść. DRAMAT.

Confortevole e funzionale . Consigliatissimo ma NON per famiglie

Struttura nuova e confortevole. Molto comodi i lockers disponibili prima dell orario di check in e dopo quello di check out. Comodi gli essentials ( coperte e asciugamani a self service. Doccia ampia, stanza luminosa e letto favoloso. Check in e check out digitale molto facile ed assistito. Non sono in grado di valutare lo staff. Ho visto un solo tecnico in due occasioni, sempre arrivato con ritardo, ma ha saputo fare il suo lavoro. Ho interagito via w. app ma direi sempre con A.I., non con umani.

Il servizio di pulizia previsto 1 volta a settimana. Proprio una frequenza da sporcaccioni. Quando è stato necessario interagire con umani i tempi di intervento sono stati lunghi. Per fortuna si è trattato di inconvenienti non gravi.

Un apartamento moderno y limpio en el centro

Está muy céntrico (esto para aparcar es muy chungo en Valencia), es moderno y todo muy limpio, moderno y funcional. La cama es grande y cómoda y hay un minofrigorifico y cafetera que vienen genial. El tamaño de la habitación y el cuarto de baño es bastante bueno.

Que no es un hotel, es un edificio de apartamentos sin personal ni nada de lo que esperas de un hotel. También pondría más iluminación.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und sehr sauber und die Lage war sehr gut. Habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Würde es aufjedenfall wieder buchen.

Das einzige was ich „bemängeln“ würde ist, dass der Pool kein richtiger Pool ist sondern nur bis zu den Knöcheln geht. Es dient also eher nur zur Abkühlung. Der Bereich ist aber dennoch sehr schön.

Absolute aanrader, comfortabel, schoon, prachtige ligging in Valencia en van alle gemakken voorzien

Geweldige ligging, heel rustig op de kamer terwijl je toch bijna midden in het centrum bent. Aan alles is gedacht, minimalistische inrichting van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer aan te bevelen!

Annonce avec petit déjeuner sur place, piscine, salon collectif, rien de tout cela. Pour le petit déjeuner il faut sortir de l'hôtel et se rendre dans la boulangerie du coin. Concernant la piscine 50cm de profondeur soi disant adapté pour les enfants, ma fille est rentrée écorché de partout. Draps non adaptés au lit. Pas d'entretien ou il faut payer en plus, pour 2/ 3 jours cela passe mais au delà c'est carnage ( n'allez pas à la plage!) J'ai du piquer l'aspirateur à la dame d'entretien, la douche n'était pas nette. Et plus que tout totalement froid et impersonnel.

He ido 2 veces y en ninguna de las dos había toallas en el baño y en una de las veces no había toallas ni en el cuarto de esenciales. Eso fue un fallo importante, era tarde y me quería duchar. Al final encontré toallas en la piscina. También una de las veces estaba fundida la bombilla de mi mesilla de noche.

Cómodo, moderno y bien ubicado aunque un poco "solitario", sin interacción con personal o huéspedes

La cama, la ducha (baño en general) y los acabados de la habitación en general me parecieron muy buenos. La habitación era en sí bastante amplia, moderna y limpia.

Definitivamente el servicio de streaming en la habitación era inconsistente. Para conectarte a netflix lo hacías escaneando un código QR pero, era prácticamente cuestión de suerte que a veces funcionara y a veces no. La mayoría de las veces tuvimos problemas con desfaces en el audio. Intentamos usar el servicio de atención al cliente en whatsapp pero, igualmente la solucion que nos proporcionaron no fue del todo efectiva así es que, si son de los que gustan de ver alguna película o serie para relajarse después de haber estado paseando por la ciudad, es probable que tengan problemas. Por otro lado, el hotel parecía muy vacío, era inusual toparse con alguien más, ni siquiera personal del hotel. Una noche cuando volvíamos ya tarde, una persona que se veía un poco extraña, entró detrás de nosotros cuando ingresamos la contraseña para entrar de la calle al hotel, eso nos dió un poco de desconfianza.

Precio-calidad no justificada

El tamaño de la cama.

Creo que en cuanto a precio-calidad, no se justifica. Una habitación grande pero creo que por ese precio hay otros lugares de las mismas características que hasta tienen una cocina. Construcción nueva casi a estrenar y el baño ya tenia suciedad en las uniones y una de las estructuras del mueble de ingreso estaba roto. El frigobar no enfriaba y la tv no era smart. La terraza bonita, una piscina de 40cm de profundidad, también ya con unas baldosas rotas y abierta en un horario de 17 a 20hs (difícil que se pueda utilizar en ese horario). Lejos del metro y tan poco tan cerca del casco turístico. La ventana daba a otros pisos por lo cual no se podía abrir la cortina porque no había privacidad.
