This is a wonderful place!

This is a wonderful place! I’m really glad I chose these apartments to stay in. It’s very cozy and comfortable here. The hostel has a great location — you can walk to many different places. There are also city bike rental spots nearby, and you can ride pretty much anywhere in the city. As for the apartments, having a private room, your own mini-fridge, and your own shower is perfect for staying here. Everything is clean and tidy. Fabio and his family are very welcoming and wonderful people. My warmest recommendations for the Colors Rooms.

The couple who own this establishment were very welcoming and payed attention to the details The room is thouroughly cleaned every day The adress is very well situated

IT's an old building, pipes make a lot of noise so there's a rule to not take a shower after a certain hour. Access to the kitchen as well is limited after a certain hour. The couple were flexible with these rules, it's just an old building and I didn't want to bother the neighbors. I couldn't make myself a late night herbal tea as I usually do. I asked to get my clothes washed, they smelled of smoke, it was during the rain alert, maybe they were dried inside?

Perfect stay!

Excellent family business! Fabio, Mariella and their daughter run an excellent set of apartments. Clean, inexpensive and with a balcony. I was greeted on arrival by Mariella and Fabio, who then showed me everything I needed within the apartment and what to do / where to go in Valencia. There is aircon and toiletries provided which is always a great help when travelling multiple cities. They even allowed me a late checkout as I slept through my alarm... which tells you how comfortable the beds are! Next time I visit Valencia, I will look nowhere else. Muchas gracias!

A lovely reasonably priced accommodation in the heart of the old Town

I had a great stay! The owners, Fabio and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. They provided me with lots of useful information on how to get around the city, which made a big difference. I stayed in the Orange Room, which was cleaned daily and always stocked with fresh towels. The shower worked well, and there was a small fridge in the room—very convenient! The location is perfect—within walking distance to the old town, and the nearest bus stops are about a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-located stay!

The only small drawback was the lack of bedside tables and a chair with a table to comfortably use a laptop. The shower could also use a small plastic shelf for toiletries. I mentioned this to Fabio, and he was very receptive and said he would take care of it.
