Hotels.com NEVER indiate that this is an ON-LINE service with no reception desk, and that everything is done via TEXT MESSAGES. This is a very unpleasant experience and let me explain I came to the location around 11am which was a few hours before check in but I was hoping to user the hotel's restroom, maybe put my luggage somewhere and I did not have this information when I arrived It's shocking to come to a new place with no one to greet you to tell you where things are and then to find out that you can't even use the rest room, while you're tried from 2.5 ride on the train need to refresh yourself and rest for a minute. How come Hotels.com did not tell me that this is what I'll be getting? Luckily there was a maid that told me that there are restroom at the upper floor (the bot on the whatsapp messages said "sorry we don't have restroom" (????!!!) Had I known that this is an "on-line" hotel then I would have NEVER booked it. This is very misleading

Good location with a couple of very good cafes just a couple of minutes walk away for breakfast (no breakfadt available at hotel). Easy walking distance to most old city attractions but russafa quite a lot further. Spacious room with plenty of storage, a safe, tea and coffee. Comfortable bed with not much noise from outside - a quiet street. Excellent shower. No problems with keyless entry and rapid communication via whatsapp with numa for queries. Can store cases in lockers on last morning and still have access to them after checking out which was very useful. Only complaint we had really was that the floor had not been swept / cleaned properly before our arrival and we were padding about in bare feet on dust and fine specks of dirt and bits of paper left from previous guests presumably. Overall pretty happy and would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Numa! The property is located in a very nice, safe neighborhood that’s within walking distance to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city so easy. The building itself is new and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, making the stay both comfortable and stylish. I would definitely recommend Numa to anyone visiting!

This is probably our sixth or seventh visit to Valencia. We really love the city and the variety it offers the discerning traveller. Hotel Numa in the El Carme district ticks all the boxes. Lovely modern building that is clean with a high standard of maintenance and security. Great location in the old town with lots of lovely places to visit, sights to see and an endless choice of restaurants and bars to select from. It is within walking distance of the Turia and the beach is close by.

We really enjoyed this property. Old building but inside completely renovated and super clean and chick. We had a large room, we enjoyed the space. Nice shower and the rest of the bathroom. The window opened to a beautiful street. The price was great for the quality of the property. We did not use but they had dedicated storage spaces for every room, a very nice idea. You can replenish your towels, sheets, coffee, tea if you need. Super nice.

It was very clean and a comfortable, large size of the room. Also liked the coffee maker, as well as the self-service for stocking up coffee, milk, bed linen and towels. However, you can hear everything from your neighbors above or next to you. Electric power went down every day. Shortage of towels for self service at the weekend. Communication was good with direct chat/ chatbot online. Location is great for doing sightseeing’s by foot or by bike. Breakfast location around the corner has a good choice and the staff there is very friendly.

Disappointed in hotel. No staff on site at all. Hard for taxi to find as no street number & name of hotel on building was 2 inches high. Breakfast served in cafe a block away & only from 7:30 to 8:30am. No information, map of city, etc.. Pool was advertised but out of order. Power went down 5 times in 4 days. Other buildings nearby had power.

During my five-night stay at your new hotel, I've observed that the lack of door closers on most room doors results in significant noise disturbances from slamming doors throughout the day and night. This may also have contributed to the malfunction of the electronic lock in my previous room. I recommend prioritizing the installation of door closers to ensure guest comfort and prevent damage to both doors and locking mechanisms. WIFI is not working efficient alwsy disconnecting. Security issue as the front hotel entry is a sliding door with code outside and some people have entered who did not stay there. Bit dangerous at night and also people can enter the lift without code to go to any level in the hotel.
