it was okay

The staff was very helpful. Had problems finding the property and check in however with one call it was all sorted very quickly. The location is perfect for those looking to explore

the rooms didn't match the photos as shown online. i specifically booked a room with a patio however on our arrival we were stunned to find no patio and the room with the patio was under construction. should've been made clear when booking. the walls are thin and can hear every door on every floor . The wifi didn't work

The location is very nice. Check in process is easy. The guy in the lobby assistance is very friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of mold in the room and it smells really bad. Also walls are paper thin. We were hearing a lot bedroom noise (you know what i mean) of room next door at 6 in the morning which was really disturbing.

Good position, some problems to be fixed

Bed and pillows were comfortable, air conditioning was correctly working, the room was clean and the position was very close to the city center. The management answers quickly.

The room and bathroom had some problems (wc slightly leaking and the outlets were working but unstable, in particular). The bathroom door could not be locked. We pointed out the licking problem but it was not solved.

he Room was very old. Moldy Bathrooms, creaky doors, could hear people so loud as if they were in the room. I think the staff are incredible and are doing all that they can, but I felt like I was in a crack den. Very very small, dark rooms, no view. I considered leaving and losing my money.

Great perfect location would definitely recommend, on a quiet street as well.

We stayed in a deluxe double room with a balcony which was a perfect size, clean and fab bathroom. Location was perfect, close proximity to all the tourist attractions, great restaurants and bars local as well. Easy directions to locate the room as well, even though the 24hr reception was located about 5 mins walk away this was not a problem,. Check in easy as well, even though digital.

It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack in the room, with just maybe the wi if code and city map, info etc. Breakfast was ok, maybe more of a selection of pastries would have been nice, especially as the bakery is literally around the corner. Also maybe a safety deposit box in the room.

Valencia in Fallas

Good location. Big and comfy bed. Good price given that it was in the middle of the Fallas.

It looked a little bit like a kinky room where people from the strip club downstairs would come up to do business, but besides that it was a comfy bed and just good for the night we needed it for.

Fantastic location at an affordable price

A great location in the heart of the old town but tucked away in a quiet side street. Huge comfortable bed and a great shower. Easy to access the property once we’d sent our passport details via email 24 hours before our arrival. We didn’t see any staff apart from a cleaner.

The bed was enormous - too big for the room! We’d rather have had a king size bed to allow more space around the bed. It would have been nice to have had a small fridge and kettle so that we could make drinks.

Tiny room and huge bed. Not suitable for more than 1-2 nights.

The hostal was in a central location and easy to get to. Close to bus stops and metro. Even thought the building is an older one, it has an elevator and easy access with key boxes and keypad at the entrance.

The room was tiny and the bed is oversized for it. 12 sqm room and 4 sqm bed, just too much. 2 people with small suitcases don't fit at once. They look ok but could have been better organised. Also, the noise from the other rooms and the hallway as well as vent from outside was very loud, couldn't sleep well at all.

Door key card did not work properly, we were locked out of the room twice. Annoying, as the reception is in different part of town, had to walk there to retrieve the key. Very poor customer service, no apology offered for the inconvenience. Also, had no electricity in the room. Had to wait for it to be fixed.

The bed is circle shaped and the diameter is just 2m. Following two people dont fit in this bed, without one of them bending. The cleaning service quality is questionable. Somehow it is possible to hear the neighbours women voice moaning threw the night& walls.

sadly the reception didn’t speak English. And there were not friendly. The reception is not in the same building as our rooms were. We had a baby with us and the luggage. We arrive at the property and then had to walk to the reception in another street. The towels were dirty. We choose this place to stay because of the great impression We had from the pictures. But the pictures are not having much to do with the rooms. Rooms are small, we didn’t had not even place to storage our babies stroller properly. The bathroom didn’t had place to put toothbrush, or toothpaste. We had to put it in the sink, no possibility to put it on the side of the sink. Maybe that’s why there was no soap for the hands….Wi-Fi was not working. There was a chewing gum on the floor. Picture enclosed.
