Great hotel, lots of vibe and excellent staff

Great hotel, in the center of Valencia, very warm and welcoming, the breakfast was very tasty and the bar is very lively, nice place for a drink. Room was very clean.

The elevator always had troubles, sometimes the hotel closes it for occasions, and we found ourselves climbing the stairs. We are in good shape so it wasn’t a big deal, but I wondered what people with physical difficulties do

Location and staff

Could not access bar for 3 nights due to private parties. Sushi bar very disappointed as we were celebrating a birthday that I had advised in booking and when I arrived but no mention to our daughter birthday. Singer sang 2 songs in 2 hours. Not as advertised

Incredible Hotel in a great location

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was immaculate and the bathroom in the room is one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've seen. The breakfast was incredible. I would recommend getting the breakfast included, if not at least pay for one day during your stay. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere, and even with the prices rising in Valencia recently, it is an absolutely amazing deal for the price.

While the room rates are great deals relative to the USA, I found the laundry service prices to be a bit high. If you need several things washed, however, there is a very nice laundry mat right next to the hotel.

Wonderful place

Loved staying in this hotel. The location is amazing, just in the city center. The whole area was clean and with beautiful buildings and shops. The staff were so nice, friendly and smiling, they helped with anything we asked for. The breakfast was also very good and with a nice rooftop view. We’re already thinking to be back!

Maybe adding a ramp for the stroller/wheelchair in the entrance would be a good idea.

A comfortable stay completely overshadowed by how poorly my missing belongings were handled.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was great.

Good stay, but zero accountability when I left my belongings behind The hotel and staff were great during my stay. Friendly, clean, and comfortable. However, after checkout I realized I’d left several personal items (two pairs of shoes, linen shirts, and coats) and called within an hour. Despite calling multiple times on different days and even visiting in person, no one has followed up or taken ownership. My belongings have simply vanished, and there’s been no effort to investigate or update me. It is impossible that my items have just disappeared. No one has taken any accountability, and no one seems to care or get to the bottom of this. It’s very disappointing because everything else about the stay was good, but the complete lack of care after checkout has left a terrible impression.

Great location, great front staff

Great location and wonderful front office staff (especially Rodrigo) Rooms small but typical in Europe. Surprised no “turn down service” in pm. It’s centrally located to old town and lots of shops and restaurants. Also free water and soft drinks in mini bar

Stunning hotel, great attention to detail

This hotel was outstanding and paid great attention to detail. Drinks offered upon arrival, sweets and flowers at the entrance (wonderful smell from the florist). The decor is very fresh, clean, building is well maintained, staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, specialist coffee bar that is staffed, range of high quality food and lovely view of the city. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

What an awesome experience. The hotel surprised us with champagne in our room for our 30th wedding anniversary. Absolutely beautiful room & awesome shower. A real spoil to stay at the hotel. It is also central and has a courtyard in front of the hotel with 3 restaurants.

The bed is so comfortable and the facilities in the room are great - it’s in the centre of the city so really useful for touristy things, the breakfast is well worth having and the staff can’t do enough for you.

Perfect place to stay in the Heart of Valencia

Favours location, initially booked for a one night stay and extended an extra 4 nights as the hotel was so wonderful we didn’t want to leave. Great restaraunts and lively downstairs bar. Wonderful rooms and the staff where very attentive. Couldn’t ask for more.

Every corner of the hotel has an interesting detail in it! They’ve got very comfortable beds and I loved that cute sheep! :) breakfast had a varied selection and my soy latte was just perfect. Thank you Mr Barista!

A wonderful stay with great service & a perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and loved everything about it—the location, the room, and the staff. The reception offered us the option to upgrade to a larger room for an additional fee, and we gladly accepted. We never regretted as the room was spacious, featuring a lovely sofa by the windowsill and a beautiful view overlooking the plaza. The coffee at the restobar was especially delicious! Our only regret is that we could only stay for two nights before continuing our journey to Seville.

I had an exceptional experience staying at this hotel from start to finish.

The location is perfect, only a few steps to the main square. They staff was incredibly attentive and ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. During the 5 night stay I had breakfast at the hotel only once and it was amazing. It had a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The on-site restaurant was equally impressive, offering high quality dishes that made dining in a pleasure.
