The location was great. Easily access all the places of interest. 10 mins to Valencia Nord Train Station.
It was noisy BUT I always travel with gel earplugs so no issue at all. There was a kettle in the communal area BUT another guest kept taking it to their room.

Great as a solo traveller working from abroad for a few days. Centrally located to make the most of lunches and evenings, communal area for tea and storing food/drink in fridge. Lovely characterful room, spacious and clean.

The location was excellent. The building was excellent. We liked the room a lot. The host was very good and included breakfast one day with our rate.
Didn'l like the bed. It was small for 2 people. The bathroom was a dissappointment. The shower doors did not work well and did they did not close properly. In addition, the drain was slow and the water accumulated in the shower pan and spilled to the floor. A real fall risk.
