It was okey .

What I liked the most was the location . The bed was also comfy and the decoration was original , also very clean .

The room was a bit cold . I’m not sure if I would return to this hotel , I would probably try something new . But for 2 nights was fine .

Heating not working

Good location.

We were meant to stay for one night. The heating was not working, and nobody told us when we checked in. They kindly offered us blankets, but it was still way too cold. We had to leave to another hotel.

The location was perfect and bang in the middle of the old town. The staff were so helpful and friendly

Our room (19) had no fridge even tho all the other rooms had. There was only a Nespresso in the room so having a cup of tea involved going down from the 4th floor to ground floor for hot water and milk. The sliding bathroom door was so stiff to open that you had to use 2 hands and some effort to pull open. We couldn’t exit the room without a key card and as the desk is not manned from 11pm - 7am it did concern us if there had been a power failure or a fire. We were told that all doors would automatically open but we’d rather trust a normal key…..just in case. The view from our window was of a drab, half painted inner courtyard and the neighbours rusty air conditioner Our towels were not changed once in 5 days The room had no natural light and was very gloomy.

Perfect location to everything

This location was perfect, close to everything. The cathedral is a few steps away. Restaurants, stores, shopping… we are planning on returning and booking this place again. The staff was super friendly.

We loved our stay at Casa Clarita, beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned within Valencia’s old town. Our room was comfortable and spacious and Fiamma working at the front desk was very lovely and helpful!

Generally good but with some notable shortcumings.

Location, staff member 'Bili' who was very welcoming, sociable and helpful.

Bottled water for the room was only available on day one of our stay, after that we were told that water had to be purchased !! I paid a significant amount for the room and feel that this policy is unacceptable. Apart from toast, there was no hot food available at breakfast. Again because of the significant price paid for the room this is not acceptable in my opinion. Every day we had to request more tea bags (only 2 were generally available). On the last day there was no tea available. Only non-lactose milk was made available.

Beautiful city stay in adorable hotel

We loved the staff (so nice, welcoming and helpful); the artist’s design of the decor; the fixtures and fittings were high quality; breakfast was divine, and so kind of you to offer us a takeaway breakfast for our train. The location was amazing, perfect, so in the heart of the lovely, historic centre. Also - very close to a cathedral, bookshop and supermarket!

Just that the rooms were quite small, which meant that room one had no chair (but good luggage space); the other had a chair, but luggage had to go on the floor, which marred the aesthetics.

Great staff, location and breakfast

We were on 2nd floor and the 1st night left window open. In the morning our room filled with cigarette smoke. This was from men on the street smoking below our window. Also loud in morning due to construction.

Nicely decorated, well located but room was really dark and had no access to sunlight.

Rooms are nicely decorated and king size bed is really comfortable. You can enjoy coffee from the capsule machine. It's very well located in the heart of Valencia with easy access to transportation, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Unfortunately our superior room had almost zero access to sunlight. Windows were facing a very narrow courtyard. It was so dark that we really had no idea if it's sunny or cloudy outside and we had to light a lamp even in the middle of the day. It was a huge downside. Even though the room was spacious and had a king size bed, in my opinion it shouldn't be sold as a superior.

Highly recommend for a unique stay

My stay at Casa Clarity absolutely exceeded my expectations. The design of the hotel is beautiful, everything in the building and especially the rooms feels very unique. The room was very large and comfortable, mine even had a little kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was easy, everything happened online before arrival.

Central and extremely nice

We have chosen this very hotel due to the existence of a reception as this definitely provides added value in form of personalized advice, tips and human touch - contrary to the steadily more common self check- in, via machines. The hotel is beautiful, rooms very cosy, located in a quiet, yet central part of this beautiful city. The breakfast really exceeded our expectations due to the variety of fresh fruits, ham, salmon and avocado. All the personnel was so nice and helpful, we could not have a better place to stay.

Due to the thin doors and tails everywhere on floors, the hotel is a bit noisy and you wake up easily by the neighbors leaving their rooms..

Hi The hospitality of the hotel i liked the best specially Vitoria.We got stuck outside of the hotel late night due to some technical problem Vitoria came all the way from her bus stop and helped us to enter the hotel.Thanks Vitoria for coming all tyhe way back.also Nuria who suggested us the veg meals and Peniscola where we had great time..Thanks to both you..Cheers

Amazing

The location was great for getting around the city. We loved being in the Old Town. The rooms were stunning, the design and comfort were both spot on. We booked via booking.com and got a great value price...half the cost of the websites listed price.

Like staying in a Wes Anderson movie.

What a great hotel. Designed like a Wes Anderson movie, this hotel has so much character! 100 Metres from the main square and Cathedral, the location is perfect. The staff were super welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. Bathroom facilities bang on, with a fantastic shower! Would stay here again for sure!
