We were a little dubious as had read. Few bad reviews. Our room was spacious, clean and had a small balcony with a lovely view of the street. Location was fantastic and staff friendly. Sure the carpet in the hall probably needs replacing but didn’t affect our stay.
No complaints

Perfect location; very welcoming staff
Our tv was broken and we reported it but it was never fixed; also we were unable to access the parking lady to get our parking discounted so had to pay full money
