Valencia's finest hotel at the moment. Excellent rooms, brilliant staff, great features and a very nice rooftop bar. Our new favorite in Valencia.

Fab hotel for a visit to Valencia
Great location to enjoy Valencia. Lovely room, bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice vibe in downstairs bar. Rooftop bar is a must, barman happy to make something to your taste.

Wonderful
A warm welcome, easy check-in and polite staff Room size was great, bathroom is wonderful. Generally very comfortable and fantastically decorated I really liked the little touches (chocolate at side of the bed, that someone comes to the room to dim the lights in the evening) Bed was super comfortable although I didn't like the standard pillows (see below) The pianist who plays in the evening Tue-Thu was fantastic
Very picky things but: the standard pillows provided in the room are terrible for back and neck posture. Any chiropractor or someone in a similar field would encourage a flatter pillow which allows your neck to rest in a neutral way. The first night I didn't find it too bad but the second night it took me hours to fall asleep which it never does and then I had neck/back pain all day. When I requested a change of pillow this issue resolved Separately, it takes a while for the room to heat up / cool down. This may be because the ceiling height is so high (which is great) but I was cold for several hours on my first night The gym is nice and clean but pretty basic with a bench + dumbells and a couple of cardio machines
