Clean, bed was comfortable, staff were lovely. Breakfast amazing.
Air con was turned off when I returned to my room at night! 😆 Not too bad as very efficient when you turned it on.

It’s a beautiful hotel situated in the heart of town - it was clean, modern, comfortable and to top it off, the staff were extremely helpful!
Would highly recommend this place to everyone.
I have nothing to say, it suited my needs perfectly!

The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and bars - the Old Town is a ten minute walk. The staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a great range of pastries, fruits, cheese and breads, hot food and tortillas, cereals and yoghurt. Great value.
The room was on the third floor and looked out onto a wall and pipe but the hotel were able to move us.

A really good sized room as I had the deluxe with terrace. Everything was really clean and in good condition, everything worked and there were no problems.
Very nice breakfast buffet with hot scrambled eggs, sausages, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit and pastries.
Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Excellent location for 20 min tube ride to airport or stroll to old town.
Only thing that could be better is for a four star room I would expect a Nespresso machine rather than instant coffee. But coffee in the dining room was fine
