    I could not fault the hotel at all until the last day when we checked out at midday. Our midnight flight home meant we had no room to freshen up and change from our last full day sight seeing. We were offered a very small toilet with a wash basin within the emergency tower stairs on the second floor. Quite shocking after having 5 star treatment and we had to change clothes on a stairs landing. My wife was very perturbed changing her underwear on the stairs and luckily we are still both able bodied. Rebecca and Maria were great, thank you but the way our stay at your hotel ended needs to be properly managed. I wouldn’t stay here again and couldn’t recommend others either,

    My friends and I stayed at the Room Mate Oliveira for one night. The goal was to explore Valencia for the 2 days we had. The hotel was centrally-located, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our purposes. The service was amazing!

    Great hotel! Location is very central and the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable! Roomy 4 room is excellent for families with kids! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting valencia!

    A fantastic boutique hotel in a very central location. Room was small but cleverly designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. Lovely touches like hairdryer and straighteners and bottled water in the mini fridge replenished each day. The reception team are a credit to the hotel, so welcoming and had great recommendations for places to go and restaurants off the beaten track. Would certainly recommend ;)
