No luggage store, extremely hot water-not possible to have a bath, need to fix hor water system, no coffee tea machine in the room

Best in town

The position, and the silence despite in the city center, the self-service approach, the coffee machine and the water dispenser available for free. Bed was comfortable and the furniture cozy.

The keypad to open the room door was not working well, and to be able to open the door, several attempts were needed all the time. That's was very annoying.

It was very clean

The power got shot down multipule times an hour so that was annoying. Besides that, when we asked the staff (through whatsapp) some questions they where not very helpful and gave us the feeling that they didnt want to help us

Amazing location for a neat and tidy stay

The room was really modern, clean and great air con, clean bathroom. Location was amazing, we could walk to everything and loved being so central. This is a digital motel, so there is no reception service, and they communicated around this super well and the process was really easy.

The room is extremely small. We could only just move around each other around our bags.

The location was perfect.

No live administrators/front desk so everything is done through the WhatsApp. Power kept going out constantly. Elevator capacity is very limited and only on person at a time in most cases.Power went out and I was stuck in the elevator and suffered a panic attack. When it came back on, doors failed to open. Used the very narrow stairs the rest of the trip and we were o. The 5th floor TV didn’t work properly. No place to store luggage at checkout and we were told to take it to a public storage facility and the wrong address was provided.

I'd look for some other place next time

Smelly towels (clean ones, but full of bad odour), it is almost impossible to use the available A/C during the night, the inside unit being placed right above the bed towards the pillow area, beeping every ten minutes for no reason while it was on. Oh, and the main entrance light of the room was also flickering(turning on and off) every ten minutes, at the same time as the beeping A/C unit; most probably, the electrical wiring or the city's power grid is fried.

Amazing stay, very clean and in perfect location. Very easy to enter the property and 24/7 support from staff in necessary.

The mini fridge wasn’t working properly - it wasn’t too much of a dealbreaker for me though as everything else was perfect.

Old tired, dark dingy stairs outside the lift to the room dangerous a health and safety issue. We booked for 3 nights and left after the first night.

Mini break in Valencia

The location was perfect. Traditional hotel, amazing value in the heart of Valencia. The staff were really friendly.

The lights did not all turn on and could have done with a mirror in the main room but other than that, all good.

Gem of a hotel in the city centre

This is an excellent location if you value shopping, social life etc. Be ready to be up well past midnight as this is a happening location for all ages. As the central rail station is within one minute walk and many bus routes converge in this location it is very convenient for both walks as well as other modes of transport.

Great location

The location couldn’t be better for that price! The room we had was exactly as we booked. The receptionist was speaking enough english to help us check in and explain all needed. The beds are big enough and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily (not with greatest quality), garbage taken and towels changed if left on the floor. The room and bath are small, but enough if you travel with little luggage and aim to explore the city most of the time.

The pillows are not the most comfortable and there is no additional one being left at the wardrobe. The toilet was really odd in the corner between the shower and the sink, which might not be possible for everyone to do their job sideways. The entire room had a strong smell of bleach. The walls are indeed thin as paper and if you’re light sleeper might have problems hearing everything from everywhere. I have suspicions for bed bugs (however I haven’t check them to be sure on 100%) as after the first night I started the day with bites on my wrist which I thought it’s probably another outdoor bug that got me, but after the second one I also had many more on my forearms and waist. The last that appeared was on my legs after the third night. I have waited to check what these marks all over my body are prior leaving this feedback, but this is the only possible option. As soon as we left the hostel and I changed the bed the appearance of these bites stopped. And last but not least - it was clear enough to get one message from the hostel about the working hours of the reception. I’ve confirmed that I will check-in during their availability as this was also working for my travel plans. However I continued to receive messages with reminders what the working hours are and asking for an exact time if arrival. That is not just unnecessary but also really bad first impression especially when you’re depending on flights, trains, busses and anything can happen to delay the arrival time and respectively jeopardize everything afterwards.
