Best choice for basic traveller

Top location, in the very center of town, but in a very quite street. Personel was super friendly and helpful. Facilities are basic but of good quality. Perfect for a tourist who simply needs a place to sleep and have a shower, in all privacy.

Clean & Comfortable, Excellent Location, Friendly Staff.

Location was excellent, right in the city centre walking distance from all main tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and the Central Market. Close to Metro & bus stations. I arrived by train from Madrid and departed by Valencia Airport and both were straightforward getting to & from the hotel. Room clean and comfortable and staff were so friendly and helpful.

No breakfast option or kettle in the room was a downfall but there are coffee shops, restaurants and the Central Market on the doorstep.

Quiet and centrally located

A very neat and quiet hotel located on a peaceful pedestrian street. There is 24-hour presence at the entrance, so you can arrive aeven very late at night. In my room, the air conditioning unit was placed in such a thoughtful way that it never blew directly on my head. You can really feel the well-considered layout and the care for guests’ comfort. On the day of my departure, I was allowed to leave my luggage at the hotel until the evening, which was very convenient. From the hotel, there is a direct metro line to the airport from Colón station

There is no option for breakfast at an extra cost, as the hotel has no kitchen or dining area. However, there are plenty of breakfast choices within walking distance, suitable for any taste and budget.

Great location but room needs soundproof

It’s a nice hotel situated in the city centre, walking distance to the most attractions. Room is decent size for 1 person. I think if I would be with someone we would struggle for space. What I didn’t like is that the walls are so thin you can hear literally everything on the corridor. People walking, slamming the doors, cleaner cleaning the rooms. It would wake me up every morning and keep me awake till late as people would enter the rooms late.

Very centrally located

The main asset of this property is the location. It is just 4 minutes away from the metro station Xativia that takes you to the airport. The main square is around the corner and all attractions are within walking distance. On top of all this the hotel is very clean, modern interior and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Everything felt old, and not in a good way. The mirror was delaminating, for example.

basic stay with no soudproofing

Very well located, close to the metro, railway station, shops, restaurants, etc. No breakfast, but a Starbucks around the corner with many other cafes a bit further away. Very basic, of course, with harsh lighting. Nice bedside lamps with a well-hidden switch. Good wifi, OK beds. Not much noise from the street, although above a restaurant and it was quite hot outside for the season. Shower OK, although had to wait a long time for hot water.

Staff didn't speak English. The worst thing was the paper-thin walls. I could really hear everything from the next room. Fortunately, there was not much going on, but still heard Spanish-language TV-programming until 1 am and a few phonecalls from neighboring rooms.

Nice stay in Valencia

Great location in the city center, close to all main turistic attractions, public transportation, shops, restaurants and cafes. Room was very clean and the staff friendly. Room quite small, furniture could be improved. Overall, I would recommend this structure.

Pleasant stay!

The location is perfect, so convenient to reach everything. And everything in the room was very clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

The shower curtain is one of the worst and anti-hygienic thing on earth. The room decor is tired, it could definitely be updated. It’s a shame that they don’t serve breakfast.
