Good stay with an unbeatable location

The accommodation was very good, with clear and straightforward communication from the hosts and easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the room. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay of up to 2–3 nights. A major highlight is the hotel’s location, right in the city centre, with a metro station literally just meters away.

The room was quite cold upon arrival, and the air conditioning took several hours to warm the space to a comfortable temperature. The floor was also extremely cold throughout our stay. This is something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to cold temperatures.

You basically pay for the premium location.

The location is awesome. Everything you need is nearby. I felt safe. The contact seemed friendly. The entrance codes worked flawlessly, once you caught the grip of the keypad. The wi-fi was okay for maps and social media but definetly not for higher quality video streaming.

I am aware this is a low budget option for Valencia but the first moment we opened the door, we were greeted by disgusting nauseaus sewage smell and there is no way to get rid of it, since the only window looks into a 1,5 x 1,5 m shaft that barely had any fresh air. I am not sure if the inside or the outside smelled more. After a day of ventilation, the smell was 70% better but far from ok. We had to put towels into shower drain in attempt of blocking the smell. I really didn't expect the lack of natural light, it makes the already small room even more prison cell like. This was room 07. The bed was comfortable but very small - my 167 cm tall girlfriends feet were hanging off the bed which she definetly isn't used to. Now imagine being over 180 cm. Although this was managable comfort wise, the sheet was infuriating - the bed blanket wasn't inside the blanket cover/sheet but it was simply wrapped in a sheet from one direction, so it got loose very quickly and only the blanket without the sheet remained, which we were disgusted by, because we doubt they are washed regularly judging by the blood stained sheet. We stayed for three nights, the towels were never replaced (but we didn't put them on the floor) and the bed sheet wasn't replaced either - they just made the bed (I could tell because of the blood stain)! The room sink is very low and has a shelf right over it, so it is very hard to wash without getting the water everywhere or bumping your head. The toilet/shower would be fine, if it wasn't smelly and had a window with fresh air. It is small, but managable if you are "regular sized". I did have to dry myself with a towel with the bathroom door open, so I could move my arms more freely. The place was very noisy, either you could hear street noise (which wasn't that bad) or your neighbour snoring like he was on the bed next to you.

Comfortable room in a good location!

Really nice room, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The check in process was easy and communication was good beforehand. The location is excellent, plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the places I wanted to visit.

Excellent Accommodation - Very Modern and Clean

We loved EVERYTHING about this accommodation. The information sent the day before arrival was clear and detailed so we had no problem getting into our room using the codes. The accommodation’s interior was modern and stylish. We loved the colour scheme and mosaic floors. We stayed in the family room which was large and spacious. The bathroom had a great shower. We loved the views from our window and loved its location which is a 10/15 walk to most places of interest. Great choice of restaurants literally on our doorstep. Air conditioning was excellent and the accommodation was immaculately clean. Loved the kitchen area with a coffee machine and cold filtered water.. nice touch. Highly recommend and will definitely re-book. While I was there I read an article about what to do in Valencia for 3 days and loved this was the accommodation that the article recommended too! Finally there was excellent communication from the management team.

Fantastic location especially for airport transfers via train

It was a fantastic location right by the train station which was ideal for our last night before we left. It was very clean and had great air conditioning

Because of the location it was noisy but they did provide ear plugs. The bathroom is quite tight but workable.

It was good experience and to be honest we liked this hostel more than other 3 or more *** hotels in Valencia

Location, price, coffee and tea station is open 24/7, vibrant neighborhood with good restaurants and music ,

Shared bathroom ( but it was ok for 1 night ), transparent shower stall which is located inside the room and you don’t have a privacy if you are sharing the room. Also there is a self-check service prior to arrival, which later provides you with access code to the hotel and your room, so make sure you have a good connection and your international plan is active.

Everything was nice, would gladly recommend and stay there again.

The location is exceptional; it is in the center of the city, and everything is close. You have a market, the cathedral, bars, shops, and restaurants at every corner. Also, there is fresh and cold water at the lobby and a coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, and aloe vera after-sun gel.

It is not allowed to hang the wet clothes on the window, so we kind of improvised for drying them out.

Location was excellent for both the metro and València de Nord train station.

It was very noisy but we were tired travellers and it didn’t really impact in our sleep. Ear plugs were provided but not required.

Clean and neat hostel with comfortable beds, accommodating staff, in a central convenient location

Though there wasn’t any reception, their Whatsapp contact is very responsive. The place is newly renovated. The room and facilities look new and modern. Beds are comfortable. The location is very central and convenient. Make sure to get an interior room though if you are sensitive to noise, as the hostel is on a busy lively road filled with restaurants and bars.

The AC system was not turned on yet despite the warmer climate in end April, but I do appreciate the cooling fan in the room. The bathroom was too small.

Underwhelmed

Great location, situated only a few minutes from the Valencia North train station and a short walk to the old town. The aircon was good and definitely needed. The room was clean and a decent size. Cafe Baldo across the street was ideal for drinks.

It's an old and dated property on the second floor. It was clean but basic. The check-in procedure was not ideal. It's done through an app, but I wasn't confident with it. You needed to use it to open and close three separate doors. To set up the app, it required a user name and password (provided), which wouldn't copy across to the app properly. It was quite stressful, if I'm honest, and I just wanted a physical key or card. I was unable to get into the main door at one point. The wifi code provided wouldn't work, despite several attempts. I therefore contacted the company via WhatsApp (there is no physical reception), and I was advised to scan a barcode located on the entrance door. This worked initially, but later that evening, it went off and wouldn't work again. Very disappointing. The hot water took ages to come through to the shower. Not a deal breaker, but on top of the other issues, I wouldn't stay again.

Great place!

The location of this place is wonderful. Near the city hall and with lots of restaurants and bars. I loved how clean everything was and how quick the host was to reply to our messages. It's not a very big room but it's not uncomfortable.

Due to the great location, it can be a bit loud late at night if you get a room with a street view.

Pretty good

The location was great, many sights very close. In the street there are many restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops etc. and the metro and bus stations are literally 30 seconds away. Nice neighborhood, not loud in the room even though it is a busy street.

The room was a bit uncomfortable to move in because the bathroom door was very narrow and the bathroom itself is very small. Also the sink in the room is small so I got water everywhere on the floor. Maybe not best suitable for a tall person but for me it wasn't a very big deal.

The door of my room has broken so i needed a special technique of open the door. Then I was talking the owner that he explained the plan of renovation will be November to March, after that everything is gonna be better. So if I go to Valencia again I’ll visit this hotel.

Good luck with getting in

The location

The whole check In was a disaster since the telephone number on the booking.com page is wrong and so is at the door itself . Only way I got into contact was thru the number stated in the confirmation mail. Had to digitally sign in and download a app to open the doors . The hotel is rundown and dirty. Way overpriced for What it is .

Very central location

Basic room in a very central location. Very easy to find from the train station (15 minutes walk) and to go to the airport (metro 2 mins walk). The cleaner was friendly when we met her. The app to access the accommodation was different but very easy to use, good instructions before arriving! Shower had good power. Quite a dated room but we only really needed a bed for 2 nights so was great for what we needed!

Good choice for short and very affordable stay in the heart of Valencia

Great location, great super helpful and kind staff that helped us with an early check in. Was quiet, clean, has an good air conditioning. I felt secure with the electronic locks on the rooms.

The beds were comfortable but very creaky whenever you move , and were separate ( no double bed). The online check in took some time, and I didn’t realise it was essential before getting there.

Very good

Location is great: pure center and few min from railway stations. The building itself and the floor, where pensión situated, are beautiful. You can tell that floors, doors, stained glass windows and shutters are most likely vintage. Very nice idea of using your phone to open doors, it brings you a felling of safety. In the room were everything necessary: towels, shower gel, carton cups, a lot of clothes hooks and hangers, a lot of sockets and lights. And very big big positive moment is an air conditioner!

On my bedsheet was a burnt hole (probably from a sigarette). Bed cover and blanket were with visible stains. Bathroom is really small, but at least you don’t need to share it with nobody)) Personally didn’t like that a headboard was missing.

It's really close to the train station and to the city center, and there is no noise from the streets. The staff gave us all the necessary instructions for the check-in via online. Everything was comfortable enough to enjoy our stay.
