Great hotel in a fantastic location for exploring the city. Friendly accommodating staff and comfortable rooms with all facilities needed. Would definitely return on a future visit.

Great location

Location perfectly central, shops, restaurants, bikes rentals, all nearby. Personnel very friendly, our room was a good size, clean, good bathroom. Only negative was the view as there wasn't. Some room though have a balcony with nice views. All in all good experience

Wonderful location!

The location was perfect. Having a view of the square and the little balcony was great. Also the buses run from the square so getting around is very easy.

The window faced a dark shaft, so whenever I wanted to go out, I checked the weather and city cameras since it wasn’t possible to see outside.

Small room that was very clean. Small balcony with view down side street. Breakfast choice was good. Location very central. Close to railway station and near to a ‘hop on hop off’ bus stop ( about 10 minute flat walk).

Fabulous location and very comfortable room

It was a little noisy, but that's to be expected in an older building. Ended up in an interior room with a light well for a window. So if you want a plaza facing window, you should inquire and it probably costs more.

Best location in town

Couldn’t be better located. The ‘Municipal Square View’ room provided a little balcony overlooking all the life in the most beautiful Plaza. Right in the best part of the old town a short walk to most points of interest Rooms were double glazed which meant we didn’t hear any noise from outside. Clean modern and classy without blowing the budget

Nice comfortable stay

Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good! Rooms not very big but for a citytrip it was not needed. There’s a water fontain to refill bottles, was really great during the heat wave we had!

The airco gives too much light when turning on. I woke up multiple times due to the light intensity. The communication via email we received in advance was in Spanish only (but we deepl I could easily translate ;) )

It was a very pleasant stay at a glorified hostel. The room and bathroom was small, but clean. Did smell a little sewage. Loved the small balcony. Perfect location!

The location was out of this world - our windows were directly overlooking the Fuente de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Walking around with everything in close vicinity was refresshing, from the old town to the coast and Turia gardens to the Sant fransesc district. Hotel Staff were very friendly and supportive (Juan & Pinar Specifically).

Coming in with alot of luggage, we did not anticipate that cars cannot reach the hotel directly. W ehad to walk with bags on the streets at check in and check out and that was kind of crazy with kids running around.

The room was super clean, very bright, spacious and comfortable! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our need for a 2 separate beds room. The hotel is gorgeous and in an absolutely perfect location for a first time visit to Valencia. What a wonderful stay! Thank you.

Excellent...this is a 4 star experience

I booked Superior rooms and they exceeded my expectations. Room was large with beautiful decor and bathroom. large soft couch and king size bed which was super comfortable. We had an amazing view over the city center. This is not a 2 star hotel, in my opinion it would be at the 4 star level in every aspect. Some fab restaurants just outside the side door including a fab Argentinian one.

The property itself was spotless the staff were all very helpful. The hotel itself was in the middle of everything so location was excellent. For the price we paid we would have got a nicer hotel the rooms were very small and the bathroom was very small. It was also very noise you could hear the people in the room next to you.

The bar area was not really like a bar, the rooms and bathroom very small, the fact that the rooms are so close you can hear the other residents

Relaxing and for all.

We appreciated the position of the hotel, we could easily reach the historical Centre on foot. Rooms were very clean and, as a family, we were happy to find fridge, microwave and a kettle.

It would have been nice to have a Nespresso-like coffee machine in the room and a few more options for tea bags. In our room (n.200) we had just a kettle.

Very nice rooms but a bit small. Small balcony with 2 chairs. Comfy beds. Location superb!

Size of the room. TV audio cannot be changed, hotel has disabled a lot of buttons from the remote. Max TV vol is 12 and doesn't go up.
