Central convenient and extremely comfortable

It had everything that we needed. Fresh coffee/tea, yoghurts, fruit, cheese, pastries, tortilla and pancakes, cold meats, juice

Great location. Comfortable beds and quite smart rooms. Climate controlled room so it was warm enough and the shower was good. In the heart of Valencia.

There was no human contact at any point. We did self check in and check out and had no welcoming message. There may have been breakfast included but if there was we weren't made aware. No available drinking water in the rooms or access to drinking water. Coffee maker didn't have instructions and no one to ask so I couldn't make it work. A little bit of service goes a long way.

Great location, staff very kind and helpful, the room was very nice, they also provide a Smart TV.

Our room no 7 was not facing the Plaza as advertised, it was facing a small street from the back of the building. Breakfast has very limited options, it should be improved.

Excellent location, especially if you are visiting Valencia for the first time. Walking distance to the old town. I liked eating breakfast on my balcony.

Almost everything was good. Only the breakfast was the same every day. We stayed 3 days so it was not a big deal, but it would be nice to change every second day maybe.

Great Stay in the Heart of Valencia

I had a lovely stay at this hotel during my visit to Valencia. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the city centre, which made it super easy to explore the main attractions on foot. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the welcoming and helpful attitude of the staff. Everyone was friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed.

The only thing I missed was a bit more variety in the breakfast selection, especially when it comes to fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, or peppers — something light and refreshing would’ve been a great addition.

A lovely place to stay

The hotel is very centrally located, near the train station, the town hall and many bus and metro lines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Lovely experience overall.

Great location., wonderful balcony where we could enjoy our breakfast. Staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful. Room was even ready for us almost 4 hours before the normal time which was a great bonus! Very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent rain shower. Location was perfect and cose to all the places we love in this vibrant city. Very good breakfast and coffee.

Location is great, near a big square. Room was clean but rather small. Would've prefered to have a view to the square but was nice that we had a small balcony at least.

Food was not really a good quality, limited options and poor taste of products (cheapest youghurts, ham, cheese, etc). We ended up eating breakfast in the city so waisted money for breakfast in the hotel. Would've prefered to have a view over the square. Room was quite small

Nice and cozy room, very clean and great view to the Plaza de l'Ajuntament. Great location and value for money room. We would visit Plaza View in the future again for sure. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it on our balcony! Highly recommended!!!

Valencia city break

Staff-Lucia Location Room Balcony Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate

This is NOT an hotel in the conventional sense… arrived at main front door with a code to enter…..code worked and entered Then given instructions to take lift to level P….and u arrive at door 2 with another code to enter You actually arrive at door no 4….opp is another door no 3….but no door no2 visible After trying the code given for door no 2 and obviously no access and repeatedly knocking door no 4 to no avail….asked a pizza delivery man to help….he spoke to the member of staff at Plaza View but he could not understand what she was saying about access to door no 2? I went back up to floor P and tried the main entrance code at door no 4 and that gave me access to a corridor and rooms leading off….and door no2 was there which we accessed with the appropriate code. The code on the main entrance door….needs to be repeated at door no 4 too….this then opens the door to reveal other doors behind….you are in a communal block of apartments, narrow stair well with just 2 doors either side….so when faced with door no 4 saying Plaza View….but NO door no 2 it was very confusing….i ran up and down the stairs looking for door no 2….and you can’t check in til 4 pm and staff finish at 3pm so no one to answer my repeat knocking on door no 4…..all door numbers and rooms are behind door no 4….this has to be reiterated to all guests. This palaver wasted time, got me very upset and was not a great start to our stay….but everything else was absolutely perfect. Pictures show door you arrive at and the communal dining area and room doors. And outside on square.

To key in the code for the door was difficult as your first press of a number activated the key pad.. so unless you knew this you just couldn’t get in!!

It'a Bed and Breakfast not an Hotel

Rooms are wide, bright full and cleaned. Position is fantastic, directly in the center and near to metro and bus stations. All new furnished, really comfortable

They call it Hotel, but IT IS A BED AND BREAKFAST, rooms in a flat + a central open room for breakfast, just two tables of 6 places, and if they are already occupied you have to wait....this is really uncomfortable. Moreover the breakfast is nothing special. It's a pity, they could improve it.

location is perfect, close to most central Valencia sightseeings. Room was spotless with comfy big bed and a nice shower. Having a balcony was an added benefit. Would definitely stay again.

A little gem close to all the action professionally run

it was a great property for a few nights super location in a lovely building pristine clean great breakfast professionally run everything that a traveler needs is available the staff was nice to keep our luggage after checking out since we were sightseeing it was lovely to have a view of the bustling street which was minutes walking distance to the bright lights and the city we will definitely book again Thankooooo for a wonderful stay
