Location was decent. That's all I have to say that's positive.

There's no secondary lock on the bedroom door. I realised this because a staff member walked into my room just after I showered without knocking. Pretty shocking. There's no light beside the bed. The only light is the main one for the bedroom which is by the door and there's only a single outlet which was being used by an old phone. I travel a lot for work and have never seen this. The pictures shown on the website do not reflect this. The "high speed" internet was awful. Couldn't watch anything without buffering issues. There's a completely lack of soundproofing in the room. You can hear everything from the hallway and from the renovations upstairs as well as the pipes for water being extremely loud. I get that it's low season but it should be mentioned that there's renovations happening during the daytime. I had been travelling the night before so when I check in I wanted to nap and between the noise and the staff member coming into my room this was not possible. Lots of negatives with this stay. I got a 30% discount before booking (which was why I picked here) and honestly I still feel like I was overcharged.

The location of the hotel was great

Because we were there for the marathon, the hotel room was extremely over priced. The room was a good size and beds were very comfortable but for what we paid, I would have expected the following :- a) a fridge b) a safe c) tea and coffee making facilities

Best in Valencia

It was in the city center, with such a beautiful view, from the window of our room. We received a warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean and spacious. It is easy to reach the train stations as well. I will pick this hotel again if I come back to Valencia again.

Everything was truly exceptional during our stay at Casual Vintage Valencia Hotel. The staff was helpful and kind above and beyond expectations (Abril and Oscar deserve a special mention here!) and the location was the best in town (facing the Townhall plaza).

Reasonable price - good conditions

The room was. clean. Actually, it's almost a city center. But the hotel and the room and the same time was a li5tle bit " tired " if we talk about images provided via booking and real situation. Price-comfort = good choice to stay here for a few nights.

The pics of rooms a not real, or not corresponding to the real situation. Furniture and a bathroom are really too worn. 2 nights with a limit budget - perfect place

Nice stay in Valencia

The location was perfect, we had one of the biggest room which made our stay very comfortable, with double bathroom. The breakfast was nice with a few options to choose from.

The room had two windows but both with no view at all as they were facing the inside courtyard but wasn’t a big issue as we kept the blinds closed when we were in the room. The lift is a bit small.

The location was great. The stuff was very helpful. They offered water in the room and candies.

The window had no view and the room was quite dark. The bunk bed was not stable at all and it was moving with the slightest movement.

Modern, quirky interior, fab location, excellent staff. Would recommend.

The room gave us a chuckle as we walked in when we saw the Star Wars theme, very unexpected but so fun. The room itself was spacious and for a 2 star we’re delighted with the body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, selection of pillows and other extras.

The room was noisy from street but we had earplugs so we’re prepared. It would have been good to have a safe in the room. And a tall mirror in the bedroom would have been a plus.

Everything. The staff, breakfast, location, room, entire hotel. There is a very good connection to public transport. The view of the square is great, especially during breakfast. The room was cleaned every day

The stairs are tight and it's hard to pass someone else, but there are two lifts

We were upgraded into gorgeous rooms. This is a lovely hotel in central Valencia. Great breakfast. Firm and soft pillows. Attention to detail. Lift. Daily staff very nice, night staff a little grumpy. Unfortunately my air conditioner didn't work. Great views.

Great location if you want to be in the center of everything and are on a budget, you couldn't

Location was perfect - 2 minutes walk for all the key tourist sites. Room was spotless clean, but a little tired in decor. We had a back room , on the 5th floor , over a court yard, really really very noisy, and it did disturb our sleep from approx 5am each morning. The staff were just lovely and helpful. I Well done, we will be back, albeit in another quieter room.

Reasonable accommodation in superb location

The location is superb. Breakfast buffet is decent and good value. Staff are friendly. When the building had air conditioning problems, it was swiftly attended to.

First impressions are reminiscent of a backpackers hostel rather than an hotel. We were disappointed that the room was not ready in spite of arriving after specified check in time and advising them of our expected arrival time in advance - in response to their request to do so. The lifts (2) are tiny, and can involve a considerable wait.
